Bottom Line:
I'm really glad that I brought my car to Bavarian Built Motors. The owner took care of me and my car for a very reasonable price. Now I have a shop that I can trust to do great work and treat me with respect. I will always take my cars to Manny over at Bavarian Built Motors.
Detailed Review:
I have been having some performance issues with my car for the last few months. It has been running very sluggish. I brought my car to Bavarian Built Motors because I heard really great things from friends that have been going to Manny for years.
I arrived to BBM and talked to the owner (Manny). He is a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. He had worked for BMW for something like 15+ years. He explained the diagnoses that he would do and assured me that he would do his best to take care of the car and would call me before charging me anything more than what we agreed to.
He made me feel comfortable and didnt talk down to me or over my head like I was some idiot.
Within a day, he was able to diagnose the issue. He sent me pictures of the problem and told me what the cost would be to fix it. I called around to find out what others would charge based on his diagnose and everyone else (including BMW) was charging much more. So I told Manny to go ahead and fix the car.
Within a day, I had my car back working like it was brand new. No more sluggish motor. No more unresponsive acceleration. I was extremely happy with my car performance and especially happy with the price and the customer service.
BBM might not be a fancy dealership, but the customer service is definitely better.
