    Rob the mechanic, as well as owner, is awesome. His personality is so easy going, he's super responsive via email and phone, runs a very clean shop and most importantly did a fantastic job on my BMW. His prices are meaningfully below your local BMW dealership and he will diagnose the issue properly the first time. All too often you return to the dealers for the same issue but they charge you again because they describe it as a new one. Those frustrating days are over! There is probably nothing more satisfying on earth than a trustworthy mechanic. Highly recommend.

    I am very picky with where I take my car for repairs, but I trust Bimmer Connection. I’ve been using them for over 2 years now, and have referred all of my friends and family. Their new location is amazing, and they are always very professional.
