Testimonials

  • BTM Motorwerks breaks the mold. In my fifty years of driving, I have not met a firm whose honesty is without question, whose work is timely, thorough, and whose cost to complete is always just. Besides managing an excellent automotive services repair firm, Brad etc. recognize car performance as is evident in their ownership of performance cars as well as frequent participation in racing events.

    BTM is a highly recommended firm for its work and its people.

  • I've taken my BMW to Brad and Mike for over 7 years now. They are the only ones who I'll bring my car to, the only guys I truly trust to do the job right. They are lovers of cars, experts in servicing them, and a joy to interact with every time I need their help. Thanks.

  • Great people and the best BMW service around the South Bay!

  • Very satisfied with the service and prices here. Both our BMW and VW get repairs at BTM, and so far the shop has been able to correctly diagnose and repair any issues in minimal time and for the expected cost. It's a little tricky to find however, so just pull into the driveway before you pass the carwash.

  • 6 months ago, I brought my 2009 Cayenne Turbo S in for tune up...BTM's price for a 90k tune up was $750 whereas the dealership was $1600. A few months later, while having some warranty work done on my Cayenne at the dealership (something they had done 3 months prior), they told me that my brakes needed replaced but I had a 1k miles left before the sensor came on. Last week the sensor came on. Brakes at the dealer ship were $3600. At BTM, $2400.

    If you have a Porsche, BMW, Audi or Mercedes, take your car/SUV to BTM and save not just a little bit but a lot of money. Ask for Brad or Mike, either of them will take great care of you!

    Great shop, fast service. delivered as promised. BTM Motorwerks knows what they are doing and most importantly they are honest, which is very hard to find these days at any mechanic shop. Thank you BTM

    I called these guys to see if they can work on my thermostat assembly that had failed under a previous indy shop warranty. I told them that the warranty transfers and that they just had to call the number and give them my invoice number off the receipt. They argued with me (Brad) back and forth that they don't believe that my warranty transfers. lol Long story short I was right but already irritated that they didn't believe me in the first place. Job took close to six hours which I was fine with. However when I dropped the car off they said they would take it through the wash next door as a courtesy.

    When picking up the car I noticed they didn't even wash it. The place is ridiculous and I wouldn't take my car there again.

    Not very good in BMW repairs. Basic repairs ok but not the ones which require medium to high in level of complexity

    John;

    Thanks for review, but I would like to know more about why you put those comments. On regular basis we do advanced diagnostics on Engine management, ABS, and electrical system in addition to full Engine building and Race car building. In fact we have won 3 championships in a row racing BMW's. I tried looking you up in my records, And I could not find you in out records. If you get a chance, please call me to discuss.

    Regards
