BMW repair and service in Fairfield, CA.

East West European Imports started in the early seventies, at that time it was Bavarian Auto Service. Our home was Exeter, New Hampshire and we were stationed at Pease Air Force Base while my dad spent 2 tours in Vietnam flying B52 bombers. My brother and I bought used BMW and Porsche automobiles from all around New England area and drove them across the U.S. We repaired them and sold them. We did this for many years until my brother and I parted ways. Bavarian Auto Service is now Bavarian Auto Sport, the successful online parts catalog. I kept the service end of the business so it was named East West BMW Porsche. That was a long time ago. I have added Mini Cooper and Mercedes Benz models. I have the diagnostic equipment for the makes I listed as GT1, SSS and ISTA for BMW and MINI. For Porsche I have PST1 and PST2. For Mercedes I have SDS and SD scan This equipment is genuine factory.

Testimonials

  • Awesome shop, the owner is very friendly and he really knows his stuff. Took my 2007 BMW 335i to get fixed. Twin turbo 6 cylinder vehicle, it had a major oil leak under the hood. Mike found leaking valve cover gaskets and oil filter, he cleaned it up really nice and did a fantastic job installing new OEM parts. He has a nice shop with a great location and an impressive amount of specialty tools & equipment.

  • I used Mike in the past on my Porsche Cayenne S. He was great. Never found anyone more knowledgeable in that car. Just bought a BMW 645Ci. It was not running and broke down. Took it to East West and Mike brought it back to life. Love that guy. I'm happy that I found the shop. You get 10 stars for 2 cars, Porsche and BMW. Thanks Mike.

  • This shop is absolutely the best I have ever been to. The mechanic worked very hard to get down to the source of my problem and communicated with me throughout the whole repair process. I absolutely will be going back and highly recommend him if you want an honest mechanic. Very reasonable rates as well.

This was the best experience I have had since owning BMWs. Mike knew exactly what was wrong with my car right away. That's what I call experience. The best part about this shop is the transparency. I will continue to take my car to him when in the area. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

My Vintage X5 is in incredible condition for its age, the main issue was glazed headlights from age/sun. Finding parts it that would not cost more than the car was worth. Was looking impossible. Mike at East-West European Imports located OEM buckets for me and installed them, no easy task either on that model. The car looks showroom now! I see people checking it out in parking lots now!

Very pleased with the help finding hard to find parts and love how great the car looks with them installed! Thanks Mike!
