  My trusty 323ci had 205k miles on the original clutch and was planning to do the job myself, but changed my mind. I used to be a mechanic in my younger years and am very picky about who works on my cars. You can imagine it was difficult to find someone who i felt comfortable with.

  After i met Ed and Anthony I realized they are honest and capable people and trusted the car to them. I had previously purchased all new parts and that was no problem for them.

  Anthony gave me a quote and it actually came in slightly below that. The clutch works great and have no complaints about the work. They kept me in the loop on the progress each day and would recommend Ed's Independent BMW Service to anyone.

  After searching high and low for a place to go, I found Ed's Independent BMW Service. I went in for a safety vehicle inspection on 4/29/11, I walked out with renewed confidence in the honesty of mechanics... well at least at Ed's Service. I was so relieved to have found this shop because I agonized over finding the right place to care for my vehicle service needs. After the awesome maintenance plan expired, I had no clue of where to take it besides the dealer. Unfortunately for me, I can't afford dealer prices and yes, yes, if you can afford a beautiful machine you should be able to afford the maintenance, right? Wrong! I got lucky with even owning this vehicle in the first place. Now, I gotta take care of it without the coverage and Ed's is the place for folks like me. Ed and Anthony are truly kind people who know their stuff and Ed is a man to love, thank you both!!!

  Honesty and integrity! That's what you can expect from Ed's Independent BMW Service. After years of frustration with the dealers, I remembered Ed's and I am so glad I did! Ed personally took the time to explain and educate me on issues with my car. I need a bit more work; however, Anthony prioritized a list for future maintenance, allowing me to work it into my budget. Not knowing much about cars, I really appreciate the fact that they don't scare you half to death and make you believe the car will fall apart if ALL of the repairs aren't completed immediately! ! I love you guys!

  Thank you Ed and Anthony for the great break service. I am definitely coming back to Ed's Independent BMW Service for future maintenance or repairs. They kept me informed on the status of the repair so there was no surprises, so reliable. I love that! Thank you guys!

  Ed's Independent BMW Service provide honest and good service since I became a customer in the middle of 2010. I could have come sooner if I only know that they do good service the first time they do your car. Thanks Ed's Independent BMW Service.

  I took my car to Ed after two other shops could not fix my problem. Ed's Independent BMW Service fixed the problem and explained everything.   I called the dealer for price on my 2005 530i,and the price they gave to me over 4 hundred dollars. I found Ed's Independent BMW Service from phone book. So I took my car to there for service on Dec 20 2010. I was very happy. The staff was friendly, and the price less more than half. Also it took an hour to finish all the works. Thank you Ed and your staff.

  We took our '02 530i to the dealership and were told we needed about $1800.00 in repairs. By referral to Ed's Independent BMW Service, Ed and his staff were able to do the same work for less than half. I liked that they were able to verify the problems and took their time to show us while the car was on the lift. I felt confident in having the work done there as well as them using factory parts. We are satisfied customers and would not have a problem giving a recommendation! Thanks Ed and Anthony!

  I have taken my BMW 525 to Ed's Independent BMW Service for 3 years now. The best part about taking my BMW to Ed's shop is that I get to talk to Ed directly about my car's issues. Ed is a total expert in the field and I know his guys are very qualified too! When I take my car to Ed, for basic maintenance or a part replacement, I don't worry because I know everything will get done right! Always! The fees are very fair - and I am so glad he works closely with his customers. Thanks Ed and thanks to your staff for excellent service!!

  We took our X5 to have several repairs done. We are happy to report that Ed's Independent BMW Service did an outstanding job on all the repairs. In addition, the service manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything in detail prior to the work being done and made sure that we understood the time frame and cost for the repairs. Furthermore, the team of mechanics at Ed's are factory trained certified technicians. I highly recommend this facility to any BMW owner. They do quality work at a reasonable price. We'll be taking our BMW to Ed's for future service and repairs.

  Ed's really passionate about what he does and takes great care of his customers. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is being done. He can usually get our car in quickly. The job is thorough, clean and at a fair price. It's a pleasure to do business with him. I have referred Ed's Independent BMW Service to many friends who are also happy with his service.   Ed is straight up da man. I met Ed for the first time at BMW CCA meeting. He and Jon have excellent customer service and actually care about your vehicle. Their work is fantastic and they do the job right. That's more that can be said for most places. I have no reservations about Ed's Independent BMW Service to anybody looking for excellent service and care for their BMW and getting to know some great guys.

  Ed is wonderful! He really cares about your car! My Z4 was starting to get old going to the stealership, but now that I am going to Ed's Independent BMW Service, I feel that I have a new car once again and I have 171k miles on my 03 Z4. I also really like his reasonable prices.

  Ed's Independent BMW Service has done a lot of work on my car as the previous owner did not take good care of the car. He replaced all the fluids with OEM products and replaced my brakes in a day. Fair price too! Fixed the suspension and transmission and it works great now, thank you Ed.
