We utilize ISTA diagnostic equipment and are able to perform additional specialized services such as Walnut Blasting.

    Mason Lane is the owner of Fast Lane European. He is a Certified Master Technician that has 14 years of dealership experience and has factory and ASE certifications. Mason continues to keep up-to-date by completing classes on the latest models.

    I needed to have some check engine lights/service lights reset on the BMW. I swung by and they seemed busy. I asked if they would be able to check them out and clear them at some point today to my surprise Mason looked at the car immediately and was able to reset them with a few pushes of a button. Mason was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Next time I need to get any work done on the vehicle I will be coming here. Thank you for the assistance!

    My 2003 BMW 325i broke down. My friend advised that I should go to his mechanic. Without a doubt it was a smart choice. I had my car towed to his shop. There was a free rental option which was a plus! My car had a bunch of problems. He did a great job working within my budget. I am truly thankful he did not take advantage of me like so many other mechanics do. He did an amazing job and I recommend him to my friends now. He was quick, affordable, and knowledgeable. Mason does a great job!

    Brought my E60 M5 here do to my oil service check light on and didn't really want to pay the $350 or so dealership price for an oil change. I worked with Mason and he was fantastic.

    Completed my oil change and upon inspection they also noticed my thrust arm bushings were shot, so I also had those replaced. Upon picking up my car it was a pleasure to see that they had given my vehicle a "bath." One of the best I have gotten even from premium car washes.

    Overall great experience and very easy to work with the owner, Mason.

    I brought my BMW E90 in for halo lights installation, and was then told I had a bad tensioner and oil filter gasket before leaving. I was shown inside the engine bay and it was obvious that oil was leaking for some time and the belt was loose. They got it fixed the same day. I'm glad Mason and the Fast Lane team look after your cars to make sure they're running great.. They're smart, and trustworthy professionals. Not to mention, they leave your car looking brand new with a wash -surprised at their quality of work!

    You've got a customer for life! Highly recommended!

    Just got my 2006 M3 back today and the car is running great. The car was sitting covered up for months and due to phantom battery draw it needed a new battery altogether to pass smog. Got the fluids changed and new wipers as well. I baby this car because it has low mileage so i needed to ensure its top mechanical condition for future resale, that's why i take it to Fast Lane. Mason and his team did an excellent job to make the M3 run and look sharp as can be. Thanks Mason for making it right. Regards, Thomas.

    I was in a process of buying a Limerock Edition e92 m3 from a dealer then i found out that the car was serviced at the Fast Lane European service. I called in Mason and explained him the situation, he was super helpful and friendly, he went over with me every single detail about the car over the phone patiently. If i was local to him that would be the only place i would take my cars for service. He is a super nice guy and knowledgeable about cars, you would not regret to go this place. Thank you Mason!

    Mason and the team were great! They found all the issues I had with the car quickly and was able to resolve them with ease. While the local dealership couldn't find all the issues and tried to charge me for the attempt which is outrageous. Mason and his team was able to be transparent in the work they did, they showed me photos and videos and what exactly was wrong with the car. I felt confident leaving the shop knowing the items I had concerns were addressed. Highly recommended!

    Mason definitely went above and beyond for me! His shop is one of the cleanest mechanic shops i have ever seen! He was very informative and professional, service is phenomenal and their prices are reasonable for a BMW! I couldn't have been happier! I highly recommend Mason and his crew to anyone looking for a good honest shop! Thanks to them, my BMW feels brand new!

    I took my 2007 Volvo XC70 here after a cross country road trip that resulted in quite a lot of maintenance needs and I couldn’t be more happy with the service! They were quick, communicated everything with me along the way, went above and beyond to get my car in tip top shape, and were just an overall pleasure to work with. Mason took the time to look at my car with me and listen to my history with the car and what I suspected was wrong. Sean was incredibly friendly and made the experience enjoyable with his awesome attitude. I will absolutely come here again in the future! It can be hard to find a trustworthy, quality garage, and this is definitely one! Thanks for everything, my Volvo is running the best it has since I bought it!

    My girlfriend had recently visited the local BMW dealership for an oil change for her 335i . They had recommended that the oil filter housing gasket be changed because of a severe leak. The estimated charge for this service seemed excessive so I went online to check other companies in the San Jose area that specialize in BMW service. There are at least seven companies but I settled with Fast Lane European because Mason was clear, crisp, and courteous and provided a quote that was significantly better than that of the dealership. We set up an appointment and the work was done in a timely manner and the final price was as per his original quote. I was quite impressed with the professionalism of this company and as a result we will be using Fast Lane for future service.
