I found the place on the Internet and I must say that it was a pleasant surprise for a change. My wife and I got stuck on the 5 Freeway with our BMW X5 while driving back home to San Diego, I called several shops from my I phone while waiting for the tow truck to arrive, after calling Highline European Motorcars I felt more comfortable taking the car there. Being out-of-towners we needed a place to stay while our car is being fixed, when we got to the repair shop we got more than a just a professional treatment, the owner took the time to find us a good hotel close by in Cypress and also provided us with a rental car. They gave us a priority and the repair on the car started right away, we picked up the car the next day, apparently the engine electronic throttle gave up and needed replacement.

We were very impressed with the excellent service and the consideration my wife and I give this place an A+.

This place saved us hundreds of dollars with only a phone call! Our '94 BMW had some problems where the 'trans program' message light came on and then would not start. When we jumped the battery it would only go in reverse and 3rd gear. We were about to have it towed to a repair shop and found great customer reviews of this place on another website.

My husband called Highline Motorcars to see if they had any recommendations before we had it towed in to them and they said to try replacing the battery as a 1st step. We did and the car is running perfectly with just a new battery! We thought we were going to have to replace the whole transmission!!!

I can trust no one else for all my import car needs. Don't settle for anything less! I have no reason to go to the dealership when cost and quality is easily rivaled by Highline. Plus, it feels better to support your mom and pop shops by going independent instead of corporate.
