I have had my car serviced for the past five years at Phaedrus BMW and until today I would have given them a five star rating, but after having a customer service problem and dealing with Dale, who was rude, insulting, and loud, I give them a one star rating for customer service.

Best I've ever been to! Not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but you get what you pay for. It evens out in the end because of their quick, keen diagnoses and turn-around. My first impression upon walking in was you could eat off their floor! Some months later I returned and they greeted me by name. They remembered my name? Very impressive! They also go the extra mile by adjusting little things that need adjusting without charge or being asked. I highly recommend them!

I have used these guys for years. They are the consummate professionals. Excellent communicators - traight shooting, honest style. They take the time to answer all of my questions in an intelligent, no pressure manner. Extremely knowledgeable, pragmatic and flexible. I can't say enough good things about this shop, the caliber of the team working there and the level of professionalism and service they demonstrate. They raise the standard for how a service business should be run in any industry.

    Clear, honest explanations.

    Not cheap, but good work.

The Bay Area is blessed with several wonderful BMW repair shops and this is a good one.
