I've been using Rafi Autotech to service my 2011 F10. Rafi and his technicians are very knowledgeable and have been able to diagnose all of my high mileage vehicle's issues quickly and accurately. They also provide very detailed and well explained maintenance tips to prevent a lot of issues from coming up in the future. They are a certified repair shop, so they are able to pull and diagnose every code, even if the car's system do not say there is an issue within the infotainment system. You may be put off by some of the Yelp reviews, but I'd caution to say that the cause of some of those negative reviews are caused by poor expectations. I've always had fair estimates for work given to me and while the labor costs may be on the high side, it's nothing compared to taking it to BMW stealerships. Anyways if you're like me and got your car used, make sure to spare no expense purchasing a third party extended warranty contract!

Today i took my BMWX3 2005 to Rafi Autotech and had a great experience, they use BMW parts. Tony who is the owner was very polite I didn't feel as if he tried to rip me off. I needed my brakes repaired he gave me a list of what he did and what he recommends no underlined cost and did I tell you a shuttle was provided? Goodbye Beverly Hills-Santa Monica BMW service shop . Rafi Autotech gets the job done, oh yeah! They also washed my car better than both those fancy service shops. I will recommend this BMW repair shop to friends and family! Wonderful experience and great work.

I have taken my 2002 745i to Rafi Autotech since I bought the car for all regular maintenance. Their knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Any time I have had a problem Ronny has been quick to offer suggestions and gone out of his way to provide superior service. I have the utmost trust in their work and will continue to use them in the future. I drop my car off and right away and had it examined. They told me EVERYTHING the car needed. How great right? A FREE overall inspection. They showed me what the problem was and everything else I needed to keep my running for the next 20 years. They explained what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate with a complete breakdown for each part and labor, which was a very reasonable amount. My experience was overall very positive. Plus they accept all major credit cards and they are open on Saturday.

I had great help, My BMW wouldn't start and I called Rafi Autotech for help, the technician asked if I have another key, I said yes, the tech said try the second key and call back, The second key did work and the car start and run fine now, I did call back to thank Rafi Autotech and asked what is my charge, the answer was nothing, have a nice day. I did bring my car in for oil change the service was easy, the shop is very clean and professional. No surprise. I will tell any one with BMW to visit that place..
