Found Nick and his father through a local recommendation a few months ago. Have had my car serviced and upgraded there several times since. They are experts extraordinaire but more importantly are honest and straightforward to deal with. Very happy to have found my BMW maintenance home.

Nick and Sal went above and beyond, I took my car to them because I couldn't pinpoint the issue, myself. Together, they were able to diagnose the cause of the issue and fixed it. Very good mechanics and honest people. I wouldn't hesitate to send my car to them again.

I have 3 BMWs and a Porsche. Nick has serviced my cars for years. He is very thorough and caring about my cars. I am extremely meticulous with my cars. He did the IMS for my Porsche and it came out great at a very reasonable price. Not anyone can do that job and it came out perfect. I know when I give my car to Nick the work will come out perfect.

I recently brought in a 1981 320i with a starting/ fuel system and brake issues. Nick & Sal Of Passarelli Automotive in New Milford Ct are two of the most honest and reputable mechanics (not parts changers) I have dealt with. They diagnosed and repaired my son's vehicle at a very reasonable price but also went above and beyond with their professionalism and caring demeanor. I highly recommend this father & son family business and will entrust them with the care of both our Bimmers as I also own a 2008 X3.

I've owned my BMW since new and am "particular" about it (some call me a whacko). I maintain it myself and keep it very clean. When it needed work beyond my capabilities, I was lucky to find Nick and the Passarelli team. The diagnosis was quick, accurate and clearly explained - they know these cars! The work was done flawlessly, the prices fair PLUS they returned my car as clean as I left it. I highly recommend them!

Passarelli Automotive are really good people to deal with whenever my car has an issues. They are very honest and the quality of work is really good and very reasonable price. I even have recommend a friend of mines to use them and they are please with the service.

Best mechanics ever!! I have used them several times, and they know the cars inside and out. Very fair, reasonable, and trustworthy. If you found these guys consider yourself very lucky :) Would never use anyone else ever again!!
