John, the owner, and Rick, the service manager, along with all the technicians are incredibly professional. They only service BMW and Mini's which is a great comfort in knowing that they truly know these vehicles.
I went there for the first time this morning to have some coding done to my 2010 BMW 328i. I converted my Angel Eyes, low beams, high beams, and fog lights from halogen to LED but was receiving error messages because of the circuit resistance difference with the LED bulbs. The LED bulbs were CANBUS error free according to the manufacturer, but many German cars still produce the error without coding.
European Performance quickly and very reasonably coded out the light checking on the car and I am now error free. No dash lights and no annoying gong sound.
Since it was my first visit, John had the car put onto a lift and walked me into the service area to show and explain to me the condition of the car and point out a few minor routine things that may need to be repaired in the future (rear brake pads).
Incredible people, incredible service - I will be returning for any service that my BMW requires and I highly recommend them to everyone.
