The team at European Performance completed the Level 2 maintenance on my 2006 M3 convertible. It’s a big service (adjust valves, plugs, etc, etc) which they performed extremely well and at a very, very competitive price. The engine runs noticeably smoother now. The thing that’s nice about the shop is the personal touch. At any other BMW dealership you never get a chance to chat with the technician who serviced your car. That leaves me wondering whether they actually did any service on the car at all! As an engineer I want to know all the details of the service performed and what was found. At European Performance you can dive as deeply as you want into the details with John and the tech that performed the service on my car. They took the time to deliver the car to me and to detail the condition of the vehicle as if it was their own. Without any hard sell they made suggestions for future preventative maintenance to keep my M3 running perfectly. I trust my M3 with European Performance.

The best! Hands down. They work very quickly and they’re very affordable! The guys that work there are super professional and they have great customer service. The con I have with them is that they don't have a website or any social media pages! They’re probably the best kept secret in Delaware! If you have a Beamer or foreign vehicle, my advice is to take it to European Performance first! They will get you going! Period!

John, the owner, and Rick, the service manager, along with all the technicians are incredibly professional. They only service BMW and Mini's which is a great comfort in knowing that they truly know these vehicles.

I went there for the first time this morning to have some coding done to my 2010 BMW 328i. I converted my Angel Eyes, low beams, high beams, and fog lights from halogen to LED but was receiving error messages because of the circuit resistance difference with the LED bulbs. The LED bulbs were CANBUS error free according to the manufacturer, but many German cars still produce the error without coding.

European Performance quickly and very reasonably coded out the light checking on the car and I am now error free. No dash lights and no annoying gong sound.

Since it was my first visit, John had the car put onto a lift and walked me into the service area to show and explain to me the condition of the car and point out a few minor routine things that may need to be repaired in the future (rear brake pads).

Incredible people, incredible service - I will be returning for any service that my BMW requires and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a problem with my fuel injectors; European Performance fixed the problem and they also checked my BMW to make sure everything else was in perfect shape..to find out I needed a new radiator, because it was leaking coolant.

I own a 2004 BMW 745i and few months ago my Bimmer had Bank1 and Bank2 problems. European Performance charged me $1,450 after almost a month holding the car to be done. Two weeks after the problems returned. I trusted John and his team but find out that he actually teach future BMW mechanical youngsters on your car. I don't know if really work on the car to be fixed and just classes being held. Plus the price is a little bit not fair so make your decision before taking your BMW there.

I've been taking my 535I to European Performance for the last 20 years. Always great service at fair pricing. I have never had anything but good experiences there. I have 3 other cars that get serviced elsewhere but never have had the quality work that I get here on my BMW.
