The best shop in gville (and maybe anywhere), I feel fortunate to have them in town. I normally don't love my repair shops, and have a healthy distrust for them, but at CI, it's different. They are experts, they are fair and honest, and they will take excellent care of your car. I have developed complete trust in them, as I simply drop my car off to them and let them handle it. It's a wonderful feeling. As a bonus, the owners and staff are extremely friendly and caring, and will go the extra mile to make sure that your experience is top notch.

Darren and Heidi were absolutely great to deal with. I took my new M4 to them for some Dinan upgrades. They provided me a loaner car (newer BMW 320i) while my car was being worked on. The facility was very nice and clean. I couldn't be happier with my visit and how my car now performs. Thanks again Continental Imports!

After considerable though I though I might comment:

While Continental Imports touted as a Bosch premier shop I was disappointed to encounter the following for : service date(s) 01/11/13 invoice 203189 and 1/17/2013 invoice 203244. Shop foreman not involved. I did not authorize aftermarket power steering pump and was unnecessarily changed and charged. Alignment was not authorized but charged. Oil pan gasket was unnecssarily changed. What was found was: Oil filter stand port leaking oil, and water pump was leaking per my observation initally. They do NOT properly diagnose! Customer BEARS costs for their misdiagnosis! When I insisted they use factory parts they installed aftermarket parts.

Reused drained engine oil. Poor craftsmanship! Mandatory hardware requirements for replacement was not carried out although they charged for hardware. I had to further spend to fix alignment issues caused bymthis shop somewhere else.
