Don's Import Auto Service has provided BMW repair and BMW service for the Vero Beach, Florida community since 1980.

We are a customer-focused service organization: caring for both our customers and their BMWs. We employ ASE Certified and Master Technicians and manufacturer trained technicians. They are continually receiving training to keep current on today's highly complex automobiles.

  • I want to take a moment to thank you and your staff (especially Andreas) for saving me $350 – $500 for a new tire when all I needed was to tighten the valve stem om my car ( any car I owned up to this point never had nuts on the valve stem!).

    This shows that you truly care about the customer when most places would simply order the tire and replace it. Andreas corrected me on the tire size I needed and also asked me to double check to make sure it’s not a leak from somewhere else.

    I must add that when I saw your facility I was very impressed. Friendly staff, clean facilities and a waiting room that felt more like a doctors office than a greasy garage.

    THANK YOU for your advice and service. I will be sure to tell others!

    Don's has been taking car of all of our cars since we moved to Florida full time in 2012. The local BMW dealer service was so horrible that we had to find an alternative. Luckily Don's has certified BMW mechanics. Since that time, they have taken care of all of our cars, given us great advice on body shops, guided us in a new car purchase and just generally have honest, upfront and diligent about repair issues.

    These guys are the absolute worst. Stay away. Far, far away. I called them for a quote 2 years ago and never got the work done. Now that my alternator has gone and I need some service they have made me wait 3 days for a quote and never provided ... I had to call their office 6 times to get a quote. They think I am playing a game and eventually never gave me a quote. They say I have to tow my car from BMW in Melbourne to them in order to get a quote. Thanks guys.

    Sorry we failed to meet your expectations. However, we take pride in our high level of customer service. As a lifelong Indian River County resident and having served our local community since 1980. Also, we have received multiple Reader’s Choice awards as a result of the attention we pay to our customers and their vehicles. These years of experience have also enabled us to identify situations and people that we will not be able to meet their level of expectations. Also, we have found that there are some people who only call us for estimates that they then use for negotiating prices elsewhere. Preparing proper estimates require a great deal of our time and thus decreases the time and attention we are able to give to the vehicles and customers that are having their vehicles repaired and serviced here.
