    Dylan at Eurotech provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He diagnosed and fixed our car quickly while keeping us informed every step of the way. I really appreciated his honesty, full transparency about the repairs and costs, and his excellent communication throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, but Dylan made the entire experience stress-free.     Unfortunately I can’t recommend these guys. So I brought my car over and they gave me a estimate to repair what was wrong no problem but after the repair was done I left the car at the shop for a few days because I couldn’t get away from work well they call me and say “ Hey the car isn’t engaging in reverse” note I drove my car to them it was in perfect driving condition, I ask them “Well what are the codes the transmission reads” Dylan responds “Oh we can’t pull the codes unless you want to pay another diagnosing fee of $285” I tell him why should I have to pay if I brought you my car in perfectly working order? Any true business who cares about their customers would say “Hey you know what the problem occurred when it was in our possession so the least we will do is read the codes for you” no they only care about how much $ they can get out of you. Well here’s the kicker, I pick the car up and as I’m on my way home only 3 miles after leaving this shop now my transmission says malfunction and it no longer wants to shift through any gears. My recommendation stay away from this overpriced shop, their prices are dealer prices if not maybe even higher than dealer prices without any consideration of how the customer feels when he walks away.
