  I don't usually leave reviews, but Marylou and Johnny definitely deserve one. They made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. They kept me updated the entire time, so I never had to wonder what was going on with my truck. Everyone was so friendly, and it honestly felt like I was dealing with family instead of a repair shop. It's hard to find people who are this honest and genuinely care about their customers. Thanks again for taking such great care of me and getting my truck back on the road. I really appreciate everything you both did!

  Gerry's Auto Repair is the best, outstanding customer service. The Technicians know BMW cars. My wife (Charmaine) and I (Ken)are from Chicago and needed our car repaired so we could make the trip back home. Our car was repaired while we waited. There were multiple belts that were broken, parts were ordered and installed with minimal wait time. We also had two bad tires the shop called around to find us two brand new tires at a reasonable price. Mary Lou is the ultimate great repair shop manager. I would recommend Gerry's to anyone who needs expert repair and mechanics you can trust. Hats Off to Gerry's.
