I've been taking my BMW to Bimmer - Benz for several years. Each time I have been very satisfied with the service I received. Derrick is very conscientious, courteous and you can tell that he cares. I highly recommend them.

Bimmer-Benz is impeccable all around...This company uses only certified manufacturers products/parts and does not over charge its customers like Dealerships do when you merely drive in! Bimmer-Benz is unbelievable when it comes to being upfront and truthful! I love it that Mr. Campbell personally conference with me after the computer recommendations of repairs! He went over the prices of parts and labor...by letting me know what needed to be done and possibly what could wait if I chose to reschedule. OMG finally there is an impeccable truthful Certified Service Company where my family & I can have all our cars serviced without feeling robbed! I love the waiting area atmosphere...extremely clean, comfortable and friendly. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned and looked like new car! Thanks to Bimmer-Benz I have changed my mind about buying a new car for now...even when I do buy one, I am definitely keeping this one as well!

Hands down the best BMW mechanics in the city. Plz consider these guys before you take your vehicle to the stealer. No more coolant leaks, no more oil leaks, no more staining of driveways...after years of searching, my car officially has a new home. Highly recommend, especially if the stealer quotes you a astronomical price!

I have been a client of Bimmer Benz for two years. I take my car there for all repairs that are not covered underneath my warranty. Mr.Derrick is a very good machanic and honest man. For anyway to say his service is not good, is so far from the truth. However; I will say that since his wife does not run the front desk any longer, the customer service has went from an A to a B-. The reason I say this is because calls are not returned in a timely manner. When Mrs. Campbell was there, she would call back almost always the same day. But, I am not ready to give up on Bimmer Benz just yet. I'll give him another try. Also, its not him, its the new receptionist I think.

A friend of mine highly recommened this place to me. I was very dissappointed with the service. The lady at the front desk name Theresa was very nice but slow and not to knowledgable of the any information. The service guy left oil stains all over my car and my brakes squeaked a lot after driving my car 3 days later. Every time I called back to talk with the owner Derrick, he was never available to take my calls ( im still waiting for my return phone call). I was really looking forward to finding someone to service my car since I am new in town and refuse to go back to the dealer.

l guess good,honest, professional BMW service repair people are hard to find in this town.

I have found the repair services of Bimmer-Benz Auto Center in Riverdale, GA. to be the best of care and quality in the area. The repair and parts cost are by far fair and reasonable and the staff extremely friend and courteous. The owner, Derrick Campbell, is a very respectable person, running a very respectable business

DERRICK CAMPBELL and his entire staff are true professionals and i know him as a man of GOD. He is very honest and stands behind all of his work. His prices are very fair and he also will issue you one of his loaner cars as needed.

I have been in business for the pst 20 plus years and never have i met a man so proud, professional and prompt with his service to the public. If you have not met Mr. campbell and his great team yet and are still paying high dealership service rates... You are throwing your money away.... You owe it to yourself to give this great business a chance to provide you with the elite service you require as a BMW/Benz owner. They will help you to protect your investment. I have beena friend and client of Derrick for years. Not only is he one of the most honest people you can meet but he is the best Mercedes and BMW Technician in the country. In fact, I have so much confidence in "D" that I guarantee his work to any one that I send to him. My guarantee to my referrals is, "If "D" didn't fix it right, I will reimburse you myself". Not too many peopel can stand behind someone like that. His prices are also unbeatable in this industry. I will always drive a Bimmer because I know that if I have problems with it, he is definitely the one to repair it.

Derrick Campbell is a very respectable person, running a very respectable business (plus his repair shop is clean enough to eat off the floor)!!! He's a excellent person, but a ten times better mechanic! He's been my mechanic for 6 years and i've never ever ever had a problem. I probably wouldn't even still have my vechicle if it wasn't for his affortable prices, along with very speedy work. If your not a customer, your pretty much throwing your money away!!!

Darrick,

I brought my mercedes S430 for oil change in May 16th 2008. The mileage was 130889. This weekend the light of oil chnage was appier at mileage of 133088 on my deskboard. The had to drive for this weekend. Monday morning 7/28/08 when i was going to work i got a red warraning message the stop and turn off your car.

I came straght to your shop but you had a not that your shop will be closed from 26 to 29.

I need oil change right away so i have to take it to other shop before it's gets in mejor problem with my car.

I think you need to check it out of free of charge due to this problem.

I had a imprasion that you did good job very first time and i was happy. So please don't desappoint me now.

Call me when you return from your vacation.
