I have been taking my car here for 3 years now and I have been nothing but impressed with the service and experience I have had with Bimmers Service Center. Creighton has been taking care of my car every single time I brought it in and his professionalism & customer service is beyond excellent! He always goes the extra mile to make sure my car is taken care off no matter how little or big the job might be. This is the ONLY place I will take my car to because they are simply the best.

We have been taking our 2006 BMW M Roadster to BIMMER’s in Kennesaw since April 15 2013.

The car had been serviced at the BMW Dealership ever since we returned to Georgia in 2008. I was not happy with the dealership and their prices; I also felt that they did not check the car out for items that might need attention.

In April 2013 when I asked the Dealership what service was needed to be performed on my car their answer was that a seven year old car needed extensive work including new plugs etc. as it should have over 100,000 miles on it. I said but my car only has 11,680 miles on it. The response was that doesn’t matter. Well I knew I needed to find a new service center.

I had seen pamphlets for BIMMER’s Service Center in our local Costco so I decided to give them a try. When we visited they gave us a tour of their facility and I was impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness.

So I decided to make an appointment with them. They performed the annual service including a Brake systems flush, required every two years and a coolant system flush required every four years. Creighton the Tech who worked on my car then showed me where there was a small oil leak in one of the hoses for the power steering. From the appearance of the grime built up around the leak it was obvious that it had been leaking for awhile. I scheduled the car to have the hose replaced and Creighton cleaned up the mess including the residue in the pan below. The following Monday I took the car in and the hose was replaced. Creighton had also cleaned up any sign of the oil residue.

Since then Creighton has been the only Tech that has worked on my car. He performs the annual maintenance and any repairs that are needed. He treats it like it was his own. He is very personable and takes great pride in his work, my wife and I agree that he will be the only Tech who we will have work on our car as long as he is able.

BIMMER’s is a great Service Center and their prices are so much better then the Dealerships, they have fast turn around time and anytime we have any concerns about our car we know where we can go to get immediate answers and service if required.

We highly recommend BIMMER’s in Kennesaw.

African American Women stay away! There's a new manager named Creighton who treats African American Women like they are idiots. I spent $578 this visit that included parts & labor for a new window switch & now my door handle is ruined. I was advised by Tyler that my window switch was defective so I opted to have it replaced. When I got into my car to leave, I wrapped my hand around the handle to close the door as per my normal routine to close my door & the handle had been ruined. I immediately made the team aware of it. They denied that they had anything to do with it. In fact, they said they were not even close to it. The manager Creighton was obviously trying to handle the African American Female so I asked for the contact information of the owner. He had helped me a time or two before with oil changes etc. The manager, Creighton refused to give me the owners contact information. I left abruptly & in tears due to the blatant disrespect shown by this new manager. When I got in the car and pulled out to the red light, the smell of burnt rubber from the handle filled the car so I went back to the shop with more evidence that Creighton was treating me like an idiot. Again, he refused to take ownership for what seems like a simple mistake. I took pictures of the sticky residue melting from my door handle onto my hand because I won't let them get away with this. African American Women go somewhere else. Don't go here and be treated like an idiot.

I had a shop that claim they were bmw mechanics . They had my car for 4 months couldn't figure out why it would turn over. Finally got it started but nothing on the instrumental panel will work. They had no clue why it wouldn't work. I took my car to Bimmers Service Center in Kennesaw, very professional and knowledgeable of bimmers. They had my car repaired it's was a simple fuse missing and 2 in the wrong place. Bimmers did several other things my car needed now it's running like a brand new vehicle. These guys are good I will continue using them.

Kyle Wolfel may be the best BMW mechanic I've ever encountered. In my 23 years and 5 BMWs owned, Kyles ability to diagnose, repair and get my car running right is unparalleled. I would recommend BSC to anyone that needs an honest efficient mechanic for their Bimmer. Forget the overpriced dealers, call Kyle, at BSC for great value.
