    I called this place to inquire about repairs to a car that I was interested in purchasing. I spoke with the mechanic, explained what was wrong, and he was courteous and informative and explained that it should be a simple fix and even gave me a ball park price of $1000 plus or minus. Ok I thought, that's fair for the work I need done. I called back to schedule the repairs and was rudely told by a new person (owner maybe) that they did not want the work and take it elsewhere. ??? What my money isn't good enough for you? I guess they don't need customers and definaltey need to work on their people skills Fine, I found another repair shop in Vinings that was more than happy to help me.

    Sorry, I was not happy with them, I had my radiator replaced, as I was driving down 285/the light came on I called them to let them know, the lady Jean merely said, when you get home just put water in it, they were closing and blew me off ! They record everything you say in notes, which is unneccessary also if you complain to them about a problem, they will treat you with a cold shoulder - I was referred to them by a co-worker, and so disappointed, another friend told me he took his bimmer there and feels they screwed up his car, royally this is not good. The young asian mechanic needs more training, I found a russian mechanic I am very happy with, now 3 of my friends go there with their mercedes and volvo.

    Taking your BMW anywhere else is a huge mistake!! We have been taking our cars to Braxton for years and never receive anything but knowledgeable, on-time and HONEST service. You will never, ever be bamboozled at Braxton, and you will always be treated with respect. Braxton Automotive may very well be the ONLY fleecing-free BMW technicians on earth. You will never be forced into expensive, non-essential repairs, and Steve and his team always work hard to find the best, most cost-effective solution.
