Testimonials

  • Great shop for BMW repair in Woodstock! This shop is the only place I let work on my F10 M5, and they keep it running like a rocket. This week Frank's guys did a suspension overhaul with new struts. My car handles like brand new.

Also have to say they introduced me to LiquiMoly motor oil which is a German synthetic oil. My mileage increased by about .5 miles - doesn't seem like much but if you get an oil change why not get better mileage too? Great car repair shop, and one that I highly recommend.

  • I've taken my '03 325 to Frank for a few years now and he has been nothing short of super. Very honest, reasonable prices, great service. He's been working on BMW since the 80s and it shows. Couldn't recommend Frank and his shop more.

  • Frank is an outstanding BMW mechanic. His shop is the only place I take my 528i. He has worked on my car for over six years and everything has always been top notch. He's done the usual brakes, tuneups and some heavier work like my steering rack. The work has always been perfect and the prices are exceptionally great. This is probably the best place to take your BMW in the Woodstock/Marietta area.

Snowbird driving from Florida to Maine with a stop in Atlanta. Started getting a squeal under the hood of my BMW that concerned me about traveling on. Called Frankfurt Foreign Automotive and they told me what they thought it was over the phone. Gave me a ball park estimate over the phone and assured me it probably would not fail immediately. Took it in the next they and they confirmed problems with the belt tensioner and something related. Repaired it the same day and confirmed the cost of the repair before completing the job. It was $70.00 less than expected. I certainly trust them and would use them again. Very nice people!

Very professional and knowledgeable. I needed a BMW battery, oil change, and belts replaced. If I had taken it to the dealership I would have paid a fortune. After speaking w/Frank and he gave me An estimate and put me at ease I decided to have it done. Overall I had an amazing experience at Frankfurt Foreign Automotive. Frank you are the BEST. I will definitely be back.

Great experience with Frank. He is professional and knows his stuff! After some bad experiences ay other places, I took my baby to Frankfurt Foreign Automotive. They diagnosed the issues and fixed it to my satisfaction. He also went above and beyond working around our busy schedule. I love my BMW like family and Frank took care of it like it was his! Thanks Frank!

Brought my car in yesterday to Frankfurt Foreign Automotive and what can I say, I have never experienced better customer service. I met the owner, which is surprising due to fact he didn't just send an employee out to greet me, Frank. I originally came in to have a regular maintenance on my BMW. Not only did he give me valid information in regards to my vehicle, but he showed me what was actually wrong, didn't just read off a sheet. After telling me preventive ways to avoid costly repairs for the future, I paid my balance and was on my way. Overall I had an amazing experience. Frank was lovely and so was his staff. They were very knowledgeable and I will defiantly be back.
