    I didn’t actually get my car serviced, but I was impressed and appreciated the honesty of the staff I spoke to. I went to Nalley BMW to replace a tire but then they came back and told me I had to replace both front brakes and rotors on top of a rotation and balance (that I had done two months ago) and wanted to charge me $1400 for. I called Munich just to get a quote which the staff asked if I even got a notification about my brakes and rotors which I did not and he promptly told me it wasn’t an issue and that the dealership was just trying to make a dime. He could have easily taken my business but he was honest and gained my trust so I will he servicing my car with him in the future. Thank you!
