TRUE Automotive Suwanee is located right in the downtown Suwanee Square and is offering our community an Automotive Repair and Service experience unlike any other shop in our town.

We offer a TRUE Courtesy Inspection on each vehicle, and any repairs or maintenance requirements are communicated in an easy to understand system of Priority 1, 2, or 3. With this method, you know what is safety related or important to get done right away, what is important but you may still have some time to budget, and what to expect for future visits so you can be informed for what your car may need should you plan to continue owning it. We never want car repairs to be scary, unplanned, or a surprise. TRUE Automotive wants to be your full time mechanic shop for life.     There was not one single person on staff that I wouldn’t give 5 stars to! Friendly, REAL car enthusiasts who know their stuff & are willing to help you get the repairs you need! My specific mechanic as well, Evan, was the bearer of bad news with multiple things about my car (Used 2008 BMW 328i), but I wouldn’t have wanted it from any other person! He brought me out to my car each time, to show me what was truly going on with my car (and being an enthusiast as well, I know he’s honest, plus I could see everything with my own eyes!).     Overheating engine. They checked several possible causes and found a leaking head gasket. They were honest with me and gave me all options associated with that type of repair. The mechanic took me into the shop and explained everything in detail. Also, Katherine came in the shop too and kept me informed both in person and via the phone. I found her to be exceptionally courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was my third visit since the new ownership. I plan to use True Automotive in the future.

    I recently moved to the Duluth area and needed some mechanic work. A simple google search led me to True in Suwannee. I am ALWAYS SKEPTICAL of mechanics but these guys were absolutely awesome. I’ve now taken four cars to them for everything from a simple oil change to major repairs. They are completely transparent in their pricing, VERY communicative, professional and courteous. And I’m proud to have the designation as the only customer to have given them a Christmas card in 2020 ... I believe that will change in 2021 as more people are bound to be grateful for their great work. Take it to TRUE!

    The folks at True Automotive are fantastic, I brought my BMW E46 325i wagon in for an inspection and they found my coolant leak that I was unable to find. I’ve had them do everything from oil changes to major engine work. They are across from town center which is super convenient, and the lobby is super nice, 10 out of 10 recommend!

I took my Dodge Charger to a few other auto shops for a check engine light and they couldn’t help me but True showed me exactly what was wrong and they took care of it within a days time. Jonathan did an amazing job as my advisor to make sure all my needs were met! True Automotive definitely deserves all the accolades that they receive and they will be my auto repair shop from here on out!     I came to Suwanee GA from Tampa Bay FL to buy another BMW M6 with a V10. I picked TRUE Automotive on line. I called and spoke to Katherine..She knows her BMWs..I drive nothing but BMWs since 1997.Immediately I felt that I was at the right place to have the M6 inspected and test driven. They did detail diagnostics, test drive, oil change, inspected the oil for metal, and gave me a full report. On a short notice they fit me in. They had the car for almost 2 hours and Evan the BMW mechanic sat with me and gave me his detailed assessment. No rush, no hustle and competitively priced.

    Thankfully the vehicle checked out to my satisfaction and I bought it. It drove like a dream thru continuous rain and 40° weather.
    I wish we had a shop like this in FL. Thank you TRUE Automotive!

    I trust you will be very happy with your decision to go to True Automotive! Our alternator went bad on a trip through Atlanta, 2.5 hours away from home. It was challenging to find a mechanic that would be closer to our home base of Anderson, but had a solid reputation through Google reviews. From my first conversation with Ian at True, I knew I made the right call. They were so accommodating - not to mention, a couple hundred dollars less expensive than the Honda Dealership. I was amazed by their use of software to keep me informed (regular text and emails) and the personal phone calls to update me along the way. My husband and I have commented that we might need to drive over an hour for future auto repair needs - because we were that impressed. True made what was a very stress filled situation, much easier through their kindness, regular communication, and excellent repairs.
