From the start of her service the customer was treated kindly and with respect. True, there was an initial misunderstanding over the diagnostic fee we usually charge, however, when the customer told the owner she had been told the diag would be free the owner immediately honored that promise. The customer did not have to refuse to pay! In addition, when the customer called the following day with concern that something had been left loose on her vehicle, we immediately assured her that though we did perform a thorough inspection on her vehicle, we had never had to remove a single bolt, clip, or grommet during the inspection. We then performed another inspection of the garage to insure nothing had come off during the service. We immediately offered to have her return at her convenience in order to inspect her vehicle to make sure she is safe. She did return and the problem ended up being a couple of missing plastic clips that had been gone long before she ever brought her vehicle in to us. So despite free code checks, a free vehicle inspection, free diagnosis of the vehicle issues, and a free return inspection to alleviate the customers worry, she still decided to write us our ONLY negative review, in which she was dishonest about the service simply to make us look bad. I will leave it to our potential customers to decide if we have actually been unreasonable here.
