Great service, but expensive. Same as Dreyer. My only negative experience was getting new OEM wheels installed by Discount Tire I purchased from a third-party. The air pressure sensors didn't work properly so I reached out to Euro Motorworks.

They checked it out, did a diagnostic, but didn't get the sensors to work. They indicated that I need new air pressure sensors. So I paid the diagnostic bill and pondered purchasing new sensors.

Took it back to Discount Tire, and one of the service people brought out an electronic tool, brought it close to each wheel, and reset the air sensors. Only took five minutes.

I asked Euro about that, and was told their tool was not compatible. I've got money, but I don't like wasting it. I shared the story about Discount Tire resetting the sensors, but understood there was no refund for the diagnostic.

Ridiculously expensive and not worth even calling them. Their prices are almost as much as Dreyer & Reinbold dealership which is already insanely expensive. If you want to have your own parts installed, forget about them because they won't do it. They actually expect you to buy everything from them or they won't touch your car. They are a complete waste of a shop and utterly useless. Avoid them at all costs!

I've been taking my cars here for a couple years now, one is mine and the two others are driven by my daughters. This is a first class operation. Christoph has spent a ton of time explaining repairs. He's great about telling me what I absolutely have to do, what can wait and what I could possibly ignore all together. I can say without hesitation, I trust these people. The work is always completed correctly, quickly and for the exact price they quote. On top of that, they couldn't be more friendly and accommodating, the place is spotless, I have use of a loaner car AND they wash our cars when they're in for service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Well, they came back and pleasantly surprised me. After bringing my situation to the owner the service manager got me the work done at cost. I am pleased. Thanks to Euro Motor Works.

Last time I go to this place. I had my VW Cabrio and my 323ci serviced there. I knew the price was high but expected that with the price comes assurance of quality and a "stand behind it" approach to business. Not so. In January 09 I spent $815.20 to get my rear brake calipers, rotors, and pads replaced. In July 2010 (a mere 21,000 miles later) the calipers are frozen again - well short of the useful life of a part like that one would think - and no consideration whatsoever. I realize it's a 12,000 mile warranty but it seems rather unreasonable to me that I'd have to eat $870 this time for the same work in such a short time. I guess those genuine BMW parts are not so hot. How about at least doing the work at cost? Nope, sorry, pony up again buddy. Thanks, Christophe, take a hike. My local guy can do the job for $420 and I've never had to bring anything back to him.
