  • Being an owner of a BMW, I can tell you that I am so pleased that this shop is near me. I took my car in last week for an oil change, transmission flush, etc. and was greeted by Misha with so much kindness, unlike most shops who try to rush you to do or explain things.

    The owner, Belal, even allowed me to go inside the bay to view the work being done.

    Their service, commitment, and competent technicians are top notch. This is a shop I have confidence in. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Not only was my visit done in a timely manner this shop appreciates its customers and goes beyond expectations to ensure leaving you with a smile on your face!   • A coolant leak on our BMW had sidelined our vacation. The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in an afternoon and at a very fair price.

    As a bonus Bill and the guys installed "BMW logo" projection lights for the stock, under-door courtesy lights. I generally prefer stock to bling but these lights are ultra-cool.

    Overall a fantastic place to bring your European vehicle. Knowledgeable people, friendly service. Finny's will be receiving all of my maintenance and repair business.

  • Finny is great. He treats you like family. I have had so many bad experiences with mechanics taking advantage of me. If you want someone who works on your car who has your best interests in mind, Finny is the guy. And, the price is amazing. A honest mechanic is so hard to find..your search is over.

    I have been using this shop since 2013 for both, my 335xi and my wife's X5 xDrive35i, and will continue using Finny's until they decide not to be in business anymore! I have never had a bad thought, bad conversation, bad vibe, or even a bad bill from there. The owner and staff are so pleasant and knowledgeable that it really helps me sleep at night knowing my vehicles are being serviced as good or better than the dealership, without paying the outrageous dealership pricing. I trust Finny's with my family's safety and transportation. You can, too.

    5+++ star service!!! Took my BMW and my daughter's Mercedes here for service. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me first so that I understood exactly what they were doing with the vehicles. I could tell that the owner really cares about customers because of the way he treated us - made us feel like we were his #1 priority even though they had a ton of other cars being worked on that day. The waiting room area was so clean and comfy, made us feel like we were lounging at home instead of waiting at a mechanic shop! I will be a repeat customer here from now on and I encourage everyone to drive the extra distance from Louisville to come here. You won't be disappointed!

    The customer service at Finny's was amazing, probably the best I had ever experienced at any mechanic shop and my entire life. He was very fast, he knew what was wrong with my car. I had taken it to four other specialist and they could not figure it out, but the owner of the shop checked it out for me and knew what was wrong with it, and fixed it super fast. It was a great. Price way cheaper than the dealerships had quoted me around my area, so I was very pleased with the service at this shop. Will definitely be using the shop again in the future. If you don't use the shop, you're missing out. They have earned me as a guest and customer for life.
