Great service. Better than the dealer experience. Actually solved the problem. They are thorough so ask what is really needed to be fixed today and what can be deferred. Nice to have confidence in the repairs as you drive away.
Always professional with service, friendly staff. They do not "sell" unneeded repairs. All work is high quality. The car comes back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off.
This is my first experience with a European/import car - I’ve heard repairs can be expensive! However, SMI Automotive properly diagnosed the issue and took care of the problem and I wasn’t in sticker shock at the price! They were able to get me worked into their schedule and work was completed in a timely manner! They even washed my car before I picked it up! I highly recommend SMI! I will NOT take my car any where else!

I could go on and on about SMI. In June, I was one week from getting married and had an air conditioning issue with my vehicle, which we were going to take on our honeymoon. I went to the dealership and they kept giving me a hard time, but this company is straightforward, willing to be helpful (even if it might not benefit them), and were so kind. And they surprised me and cleaned my car - something I really wanted to do but was no longer feasible since I got my car back the Friday before I got married. I could have cried. And the repairs are great, I haven't had any issues with my air conditioning since they fixed it. Thank you SMI for being kind, and helpful.
