  • As of today, I officially will never got to a BMW dealership again. GPS treated me with more respect, made all the necessarily repairs in a timely manner and helped solve my car issues without price gauging. Highly recommend going here and will not return to a BMW service center.

  • Marc is amazing when it comes to diagnosing hard to identify issues. His team of mechanics is unmatched. His work on race cars is as good as it gets. He doesn't cut corners and knows the right way to do things.

I found German Performance Service to be extremely knowledgeable and very fair with their billing, also their rate is reasonable for the level of expertise and location. Owning an older European car can be a painful experience if your service technicians lack the knowledge necessary to keep these vehicles tiptop. I felt like I was in good hands from the minute I dropped off my car.

Very good experience. Small shop, professional staff, including the owner. Checks, evaluates and sometimes doe small repairs for free. Do not try to sell unneeded repair or service, tell things as they are. Keep the delivery times as promised. A bit busy, which one would expect for a small and good shop, but accommodates if there's urgency. I'd recommend German Performance Service.

I resent found these entusiastic guys and I decided to give them a change to serve my car . I spoke to Rob and he figured out what my car needed and just minutes and a reasonable period of time my car was fixed. Now the car has been served by them 3 times and I'm very happy with their job. Price ?? Well it's not cheap to serve these cars but they don't PLAY AROUD besides there is no hussles with the dealer. ( I'm sure you can save some $$ wt them ). They are very nice and they have a lot of knowledge about the cars that they serve.

My e60 was due a battery and thought I'd try out an indy shop (car is CPO, so for stuff not covered need an alternative). On the way to the shop my car went nuts, throwing every error in the book. Marc quickly suspected water in the trunk, which BMW had missed a few weeks earlier, and was profoundly correct.

Sunroof drain was backing up into the trunk and junked the mcu, pdc unit, etc.

Marc and his team at German Performance Service got me onto the road for the weekend, even staying late on a Friday to do so.

Knowledgeable shop, spotless work space and interesting stuff in the bays to boot. Highly recommended.

Purchased Konis online and it was processed and shipped quickly. Also, I was able to talk to Marc on the phone every time I called and answered my questions without hesitation. Great guy, great shop.
