    Everyone who works here is extremely professional and goes above and beyond for each and every customer. Cannot say enough about how awesome they are. If I could give them 10 stars, I wouldn’t hesitate. First time bringing my BMW here and I will be a repeat customer for a long time to come. PS. The mechanics are like Santa, they deliver on their promises and bring you joy but they prefer IPAs instead of milk.

    Only place I take my Lexus and Acura for repairs. Quick service and repair. Work is done correctly the first time! Bill is the best! Beth at the front desk is wonderful and quick to notify with estimate quote and service updates. Only complaint is that the do not service Toyota/Infiniti.

    The car broke down on the side of the road as my son was returning from a college visit. Tow truck took the car to a random repair shop in Jackson. It was a weekend so the shop was closed. I left a message explaining situation, as I was in Florida. Beth called immediately on monday and explained the issues. They ordered the parts and finished the job in two days, which could have been faster if they didnt have to order a radiator. Great service, fair price, top notch professionalism, and an amazing turnaround time. Car is now ready for the long drive back to Florida. 5 stars for sure.
