I was charged an exorbitant amount for air conditioning repair. The sales rep at the repair shop utilized misleading language, high pressure sales tactics and emotional manipulation techniques to encourage me to agree to the extremely high price of the repair ($1330 for a condenser replacement only). The air conditioning system has had problems less than 24 hours after the repair.This experience has left me with absolutely no confidence in the mechanical ability and ethical composition of Plymouth Eurosport.
My first experience with Eurosport of Plymouth and I am blown away by the talent of there work. My Z4 was a mess with multiple electrical problems. It was a family atmosphere as they even went to get bagels for breakfast. After only a 4 hr wait he tracked the whole problem down to a simple ignition switch. I have 3 BMW's and no one else will ever work on them again but Eurosport of Plymouth. Very honest pricing and only the parts needed were installed. These people I trust totally. I took a chance, traveled 200 miles and would now travel any distance for their service and professionalism. I am spreading the word to everyone. I just can't say enough.
