Absolutely a great place to do business. It won't be cheap, but will be fair. Customer service/communication is excellent. You won't get pressured to have unneeded repairs done. Given the car I'm driving, that's a huge comfort. Very satisfied with the experiences I've had with Seth and his awesome crew.

Have had great experience so far. They are not inexpensive, but if you're reading this you know that quality BMW service usually isn't, and it is still far cheaper than going to the stealership.

Service is excellent. I just moved to the area 1y ago. Twice the service guys have been willing to chat in depth on the phone, and in one instance they actually told me not to come in and explained what I needed to do to fix the problem. (Car wouldn't start, thought it was the dreaded CCV, but turned out just to be flooded from moving the car a short distance.) Now that's for real...

This is THE PLACE TO GO for honest, up-front vehicle advice and repair. One of the things I worried MOST about when going from my Porsche and A8 to just one vehicle (a BMW) was the rumored outrageous and frequent repairs. Not so. They offer reasonable prices and honest opinions and are THE experts in their field. With confidence I can put my name on a recommendation and praise for Euro-tech! I own a small business and enjoy that I can patronize a credible, friendly, and family like business like my own. I simply can't say enough!

If you want dealer-type service without the high prices for repair, this is the place to go on the north side of the Twin Cities
