    Owner

    Prior to opening Precision Imports in 2006, Tony attended Universal Technical Institute in Chicago, where he graduated first in his class. He also finished first in his class at the Mercedes-Benz Star certification graduate program. As owner, service writer, and shop manager, Tony has a lot on his plate. Since Precision Imports started with just Tony on staff, he’s very proud of the growth, the customer relationships, and the great attitude and knowledge of his technicians. Communication and connection (besides being mechanically gifted) have been crucial to their success. In his free time, Tony enjoys reading WWII history, current affairs, and other books and enjoying an occasional glass of whiskey at the lake with friends and family.

    Jennifer Ringham joined Precision Imports in 2018. As a small business owner, she's worn many hats - owner, service writer, parts manager, workflow specialist, car porter, marketing director, and more. Jennifer is proud of the intelligent and capable crew they’ve assembled at Precision Imports. Self-motivated, self-directing team members who repair import vehicles right the first time are a testament to their leadership. Precision Imports has grown steadily and rapidly since 2018, expanding training while creating better organization and processes. Jennifer reads books, listens to podcasts, enjoys some exercise, and spends time with her friends and family in her free time.

    Couldn't be happier with the experience. Its not fun when your car decides not to start randomly after going to the gas station. The local shop where I have taken my Audis to in the past was booked out 2 weeks. Precision Imports was recommended to me by my new neighbor. They got my car diagnosed and replaced my starter. And got the car back on the road in 2 days. Super helpful and I am excited to have a shop close by to work on my Audi. They took a totally sucky situation and made it better. I would highly recommend them!

    It was so nice to not have to drive to south metro for a battery replacement and oil change. They took care of what I went for and did not push other unneeded maintenance, like the dealer i had been going to. The time went by quickly with nice conversation with the gentleman at the front desk. Very pleased and plan to continue going here instead of the hour drive to the cities.

    I own a Mercedes Benz and my own company. And talking with Jesse (great guy) at precision imports. Jesse ordered my parts, next day delivery (which is nice). Upon meeting with Jesse in person he represents Precision Imports wonderfully. I get positive vibes from this shop. I Highly recommend!
