I purchased my 06 X5 from my old boss. Had some a lot of minor issues. Roadshow BMW would charge me a lot and service would be moderate. After my first visit in BB's EuroMotors, I was blown away. Excellent service. Fair prices. I have a 2011 750 li. They will be the only shop I use. Top quality. I recommend them to everyone
At 105k miles with no issues decided it was time for a service. Fast service. No unexpected surprises.. In one day.. Out the next. Brakes ( which I knew needed replacing), plugs, few software updates and very reasonable cost. Super friendly. Will use BB's EuroMotors again!
Contact BB's EuroMotors and spoke with the shop owner about the problem with my BMW. He was quite pleasant and although they were booked up for the day he told me to bring it in anyway. Once I arrived, immediately I felt like this was a shop I would do business. The waiting area was super nice and clean and everyone was extremely helpful. They checked out the problem with my car and was able to fix it within 3 hrs or so. I was very pleased that they took my car in the same day, pinpoint and corrected the problem in short order. I would certainly recommend BB's EuroMotors.
Our car had been at Roadshow BMW 3 weeks, each time we left another problem they did not fix. My daughter was driving to Pasadena, Ca Fuller Theological seminary. We thought the car was ready, just had oil changed also, had a gut feeling about oil in the driveway. Spoke to Roadshow they told me yes there was an oil leak oil filter gasket, thanks a lot 3 weeks later. I sent my daughter to a good long term friend Sid Kelly at 3rd generation tire, Sid was kind to pull off the skid plate and show my daughter and wife the oil leaking out, the morning heading to California.
I called Terry whom I spoke to the prior evening, Terry is the most knowledgeable and friendly person I have spoken to, along with Sid. I asked could she get the car in immediately, she spoke with Brian said come on. With all her belongings packed going to California, they rushed her car in, and spent all day long repairing the massive oil leak.
Not only did BB's EuroMotors do an excellent job and had her out by late afternoon, Brian personally checked her entire car out.
Thus she was truly ready to go to California.
She is on the road, has already gone over 1200 miles and thank the lord all is ok. Brian and Terry are without a doubt the most knowledgeable and caring people for BMW repairs.
I am very thankful for their excellent assistance and superb work.
