I love European cars. Since 1985, I driven Jags, BMWs and Mercedes Benzs, all powered by Randall's! The reason I say that is, because I buy used, I must have someone like Randall's to keep these cars going smoothly. Yes, the upkeep on European Luxury/Sport cars can be expensive. But not as expensive as buying new. If you can't afford to maintain it, don't buy it! Randall's is fairly priced and very professional. I recommend them highly.

We brought our car to this establishment for repair. While our car was on their property in their care, it was damaged. They told us we needed to then take the car to MAACO body shop for a repair quote. My husband took off work and trailored the car over to MAACO. MAACO gave us a quote to repair the damage. My husband then contacted the owner with this quote. The owner did not want to pay for the amount quoted and instead low balled us with an amount well below the costs to repair the damage incurred on their property. Since this discussion, the owner has been conveniently "unavailable" when we've called back to discuss further to come to a resolution. We are reasonable people who just want our car to be restored to the condition it was in when we dropped it off. You would think a company that caters to luxury cars wouldn't have an problem rectifying this issue, yet here we are.

Was out of town in Biloxi and I found Randall's Autohaus online for an oil change. Not only did they do a thorough inspection of my car, they pointed out issues that my normal mechanic (who worked for BMW for 20+ years) missed. They told me what could wait and what should be addressed immediately, instead of trying to get the most money out of me. Very friendly atmosphere and by the time I left I felt that I was part of the family too! If you're ever near Biloxi Randall's Autohaus is the best place to take your car, where they will baby it just like you do.

I have patronized Randall's Autohaus for more than five years. Randall talked with me about reasons for my car's malfunction. He fixed simple issues on the spot - no charge. More complex repairs took longer. Repair quality was good (Randall's stands behind their work), were relatively economical. When repairs took an extended time, Randall's offered me a loaner car.
