Precision BMW Repair is located in Stratham, New Hampshire offering BMW owners the uncompromising service and attention to detail for their high performance vehicle. We're the "dealer alternative" that offers the expert technical service but without the high prices or hassles. We offer "after hours" service every weekday and all Saturdays. We offer loaner cars but most important, we offer the kind of service your BMW deserves.

Our shop is equipped with GT-1 diagnostic systems and is ASE certified.

Meet Our Owner

  • Derek Najarian

    Owner

    Derek is ASE Certified and trained by BMW of North America since 1992. Previously employed by BMW dealerships for 14 years, his experience and training earned him achievement awards for the Eastern Region.

    He attended East Coast Aero Tech where he received an Airframe and Power Plant Certification. Additionally, he has 10 years of small power equipment experience. He assembled his own drag car during his teen years and has a Pilot's License. Derek's combination of training in aircraft maintenance and extensive training by BMW of North America, crafted his skills and ability to be detailed and precise in his work.

    All I can say is AWESOME! Mila was very quick to respond to my inquiry. They ARE busy for a reason, but they made every effort to accommodate my schedule to get me in. What I thought was a transmission issue, Derek immediately knew without looking at it was a spark plug issue. They had all parts in stock and were able to fix it same day (I was far from expecting this). To further assist, they gave me a loaner for the time they were working on my vehicle. From first call to payment, they were a pleasure to work with, honest, and thorough in explaining what was happening, why it was happening and other things to be cautious of in the future. Couldn't recommend them! Already passed his info on to my neighbor who will be calling them for future work on his vehicle!

    This is the best place to take your BMW. Derek knows BMWs like no other. They provide great service, underpromise and overdeliver. We had a complicated “check engine” issue among other things, and they were up to the challenge as usual, resolving our issue in a timely fashion and getting our BMW running great again. I wouldn’t take my BMW anywhere else.

    Derek and Mila are phenomenal at Precision BMW. They are true professionals that strive to provide the best service out there. Not only offering excellent service for your vehicle in a timely and cost efficient manor but will gladly lend outstanding car buying and service advice. They will always put you first making you feel like you've known them for years, something most mechanics lack these days.     We brought my daughter’s 2013 BMW X1 to Precision after our mechanic recommended we find a specialist with the proper equipment to diagnose. From the initial phone to the final review of the detailed repair estimate was a very satisfying experience. Mila was great to deal with and she shared video evidence throughout the entire diagnosis. Though the repairs ended up being cost-prohibiting, we greatly appreciated the work Mila and Derek put in to diagnose and provide a very detailed estimate of repairs. They are highly knowledgeable and capable of diagnosing and repairing any BMW. I would highly recommend them for any repair service you may need.

    I was referred to Derek Najarian's service facility based on a customer's recommendation and being extremely knowledgeable on the BMW vehicles. i was very impressed with his friendliness and "can do" attitude and his technical expertise on the BMW. He got the job done at under the estimate and took care of all the things needed to tweak up the vehicle and did it in a short period of time, which very much impressed me and now i understand why he has customers throughout New England who bring their BMW's for him to maintain, take care of, keep it tweaked, and deliver way beyond expectations and not have to take it back a second time. That is hard to beat today. I highly recommend Derek for his BMW service ability. Brad Willette

    I have been taking both of my BMWs to Precision BMW for over 6 years and I will continue to do so as long as I own a BMW. Derek is quick to diagnose any problem and will give you sound advice as to what needs to be repaired immediately versus what can wait and what to watch out for in the future. Precision BMW is a true dealer alternative that provides friendly and convenient service at unbeatable prices!

    I sincerely hope that all BMW owners can have the very good service I received from Derek at Precision BMW. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove my car after getting it back from Derek, simply put - it was fun again - I thought it had gotten too old. Derek diagnosed my car the same day I dropped it off, provided a loaner, and readily returned my vehicle in working condition. The experience was pleasant, fun and informative. I felt as if Derek lived and breathed BMW's from a purist point of view. This guy even anticipated a part I briefly mentioned re: GPS in an earlier conversation - he listens to his customers! I definitely recommend Precision BMW.

    Have you met Derek yet? You should if you own a BMW! I just met him today, he came to my home, diagonsed the problem and fixed my car! OMG I would have had to have it towed. He knew the problem based on my short email. I always had my car serviced at the dealer....not now, he saved me approx. $300 on my repair. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMW's, although I tried many times to get the dealer to discuss the upcoming necessary service items...all I got was "this car is in great condition". Yeah I really want to know what it needs for preventative work, I can tell you Derek will only lead you to preventative maintenance before it becomes a problem. I am forever a fan. Thanks so much!     Simply the the best of the best when it comes to knowledge of BMW vehicles! Derek does exceptional work, giving the customer the utmost confidence that only the necessary repairs will be quoted and done in a timely manner.     My BMW z4 recently had a problem in which I received a quote from a local BMW dealership. I thought the quote to be excessive. I then found Derek at Precision BMW Repair while searching for BMW alternative repair sites. The problem was quickly resolved at a prove far less than was quoted by the dealership. I found that Derek has a passion for BMWs and he is a person who I will trust my car to. I also did not expect to be provided with a loaner car. This was just another part of his great service. We'll be back for sure.

    Having been to many dealerships and repair facilities it is so refreshing to find Derek and Precision BMW Repair. Derek is a true gentleman and his honesty shows through along with his immense knowledge of all things BMW. My car was repaired in perfect fashion with no surprises or upselling. Finally, I have found a repair shop that I trust to do what I need done.

    After realizing how expensive it was for out of warranty repair, I needed to find an alternative. I found Derek at Precision BMW Repair, and am glad I did! Derek did a very thorough job and cost much less than the dealer. He even found a pretty big issue that the dealer missed. The car was ready when he said it would be and the estimate didn't change. Also having a loaner is always a plus! My car won't go to another mechanic again!
