My experience with the team at Ultimate Bimmer has been nothing short of excellent. I have had the pleasure of services being done for over the past five years and every time I go there it feels like dealing with family and friends. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and treated with the utmost respect and with actual concern. I feel like Dan and Tim do a great job talking to customers and being very prompt and helpful to customers in any way they possibly can. At one point, Dan went outside and put air in the tire of my wife’s vehicle during a rain storm with ice on the ground. Dan and Tim always go above and beyond. Heather and Corey are always a delight to talk to as well. It is wonderful to see such a great Christian family creating such a good business establishment. I trust them whole heartily and feel that they are very genuine in trying to render the best services for their customers. Ultimate Bimmer is a top-notch automobile services shop which I would recommend to any, and everyone. Now the only problem is that I will always have to have a BMW, or model of vehicle they service, so I can forever go to them. I know I will not get service like this anywhere else. Job well done.

THE PLACE to service your BMW. Dan and the team here will take care of your ride. We have been servicing our 2010 328i there for a few years now and they keep it running like new. They expertly diagnose issues, and UNDERSTAND BMWs. They know when and what to recommend, and all at a reasonable price. They fixed the notorious oil leaks, solved some glitches with the roof (convertible), and get us ready for summer each season. They give you confidence that issues will be fixed and problems solved all while being friendly and helpful. They even give you great estimates on needed services down the road so you are not surprised. Well done, we will be going here forever, since that is how long we plan to keep our BMW.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Ultimate Bimmer. I have been using them for the last three years since moving back up north from Florida. After having numerous negative experiences with mechanics down south and knowing how finicky BMWs are, I was stressed about finding a reliable and trustworthy shop for regular maintenance and any issues. I am meticulous about who touches my car and Ultimate Bimmer has only continued to impress me with their expertise and abilities. My first experience set the tone, the guys are beyond knowledgeable, personable and treat you like an old friend. They really help take the stress out of the situation and will walk you through everything step by step. From the top down, everyone is just awesome. No questions asked, the team even stayed late on a Friday to help me with a minor issue, (sorry about that guys). That’s how dedicated they are to their customers. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Tim and the whole staff at UBS has been great. I'm a relatively new customer. This morning an emergency warning light re: oil went off on my car when in Boston. I drove to their location and without an appointment they squeezed me in. Couldn't be nicer and have been nothing but super helpful. I highly recommend UBS for your BMW needs.

Corey and Heather are great to deal with. They are happy to take the time to discuss your concerns and go out of their way to make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. I've watched Corey work on my car - he really is a perfectionist. He treats my car like it is his own, which I greatly appreciate. I recommend Ultimate Bimmer Services to others whenever I have the opportunity.

Our first experience was after a BMW dealer advised us that we needed several thousand dollars of work done on our X5. We brought our vehicle to this garage and the owner confirmed what we believed, that some of the work the dealer suggested was unnecessary. What did need to be done, was completed by Ultimate Bimmer Services for about 2/3 of what the dealer had quoted. Our car has had several repairs at Ultimate BMW over the last 2 years. The owners are honest, fair, reasonably priced and the work is of the highest quality. We have sent several friends to this garage and all of them have been VERY satisfied with their experience.

I first "tested" this shop out with a sunroof issue on an e39 M5 soon after they opened. I knew what was wrong with it and wanted to see how it was handled as I was seeking a quality independent shop to work on my fleet of BMWs. Cory immediately and correctly diagnosed the problem, and even found a way to repair it for less money than I expected. Since then, I have been taking all of my BMWs to him, including two e36 M3s, an e30 M3 track car, the Dinan e39 M5, a 4.4L X5, a 3.5d X5, and an e92 LRP M3. He has done everything from oil changes to suspension repairs to motor and transmission mounts to clutch replacement and more. In each case, Ultimate Bimmer Services has been honest and transparent, and has found ways to save me money. I highly recommend Ultimate Bimmer Services for any work on your BMW.

This husband and wife (very sweet) team at Ultimate Bimmer Services are not normal. They are always trying to think of ways for me not to pay them. "Just wait until we figure this one thing out before you need to pay" or "Wait and see if the problem returns before you send us the money." It's just UnAmerican (and UnGerman).

I pray that they get their reward in heaven and that on earth they make me pay so they can stay around as long as possible. But it is comforting to know they're minds are neurotically wired to angle for me instead of against me. It is also comforting that they focus on one make of vehicles and make it their expertise.

I enjoy working on my own vehicles, but with limited time, tools and at time knowledge I looked for help and found Cory and Heather. They have been nothing short of professional, friendly and very honest. I will always own a BMW of some type and will only bring it to Ultimate Bimmer Services to diagnose and repair my BMW. After using other independent shops over the last 11 years for my 745i, I was finally told last year to cut my losses. I then stopped in to meet Cory and Heather at Ultimate Bimmer Services. Cory took on the dreaded weep hole leak that is the death of these N62 engines.. That was a year ago, and now, after many more enjoyable miles (and help with a few other fixes), I'm happy to say they've taken great care of both and my car. They are honest and fair, understand our addiction to these cars, will explain every detail of the repairs and why, and can take on any issue that the dealer can at a fraction of the cost. I own two BMWs - 2001 325i & 2005 X5. Cory and his team have serviced both of them, and have done an exceptional job. Cory is honest and provides you with the necessary repairs along with an estimated timeframe (i.e., needs to be done now verses 6 months from now). I highly recommend Ultimate Bimmer Services.

I own several BMW's 1997 M3, 1998 M3, and a 2006 X5 4.8is all of which have and will continue to be serviced by Cory at Ultimate Bimmer Services.

I have been to other shops in the area previously and they do not compare to Ultimate Bimmer Services. They are above all, honest, and their prices beat their competitors considerably. And most importantly unnecessary repairs are not performed where I have been to other shops and was told I needed a particular repair when in fact I did not. Being a BMW enthusiast I am very particular with whom works on my car, I completely trust this repair shop with my automobiles.

I was experiencing the reduced engine output message while driving in hot summer weather. I went to see Cory at Ultimate Bimmer Services and described the conditions as to when they occurred. He thought it was the HPFP problem and with a quick read of the OBD confirmed his diagnostics. I had the problem fixed and have maintenance exclusively done by Perfection.

They are fair, reliable, cost effective and most importantly, honest! No extra charges for services not needed, unlike the local dealership.

Being new to owning a BMW, we wanted a place that we could trust with fair prices. We had trouble with our X5' s door. We were referred to Ultimate Bimmer Services in Nashua NH. Both Corey and Heather were extremely knowledgeable about what was wrong. Both my husband and I have crazy schedules with our kids, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended. We will go back.

Corey and Heather were amazingly accommodating with assisting me when I was purchasing my used X5. They met me at their shop outside of their normal operating hours to help determine any needs my car may have and recommended repairs. I did end up buying the car and brought my "New to me X5" to Corey for routine repairs, and I have been impressed with Corey's thoroughness and professionalism, I won't bring my car to anyone else but Ultimate Bimmer Services!

I called because the sign says BMW SPECIALISTS. I asked about having my 94 325is brought in to have it checked out. it's over heating. Water pump perhaps? Maybe something to do with the radiator?

I was told to have my car towed to Dublin NH where "an expert may have a better understanding of the problem" because "this is not the area of my expertise"

Take down the specialists sign and Save everyone the time! Least they didn't rip me off though. Thanks.

We are BMW specialists, and only service BMWs.

TJ spoke with my wife, who runs the office. Heather told TJ that we would be happy to diagnose and repair his vehicle. When asked if his particular model and year was our area of expertise she answered him honestly. BMWs that are 20+ years old are not our expertise but we are comfortable servicing them. Because he was looking for a specialist for his specific 94 325is she recommended a reputable shop who's expertise was older BMWs. Heather suggested having his vehicle towed to prevent any further damage. She did not intend to offend him.

These guys are great. The work is done right the first time, their prices were better than the other local shops I checked out, and their waiting area was clean with complimentary food and beverage. I am found my new go to shop for my BMW, and it's Ultimate Bimmer Services.
