I have owned four BMWs since 1980 and relied on Europcar to service each of them - even when I lived out of state and was scheduling appointments during Holiday visits to NJ.
Above all for me, over those many years, honest and trustworthy dealings. On numerous occasions, things on the to-do list were not done if they were not needed --> "Good for another 10K. Next year maybe...." as opposed to a dealer who once proposed $4K of "repairs" on a car worth $3K in trade..

We've been taking our car here for years. It's the only place I'd take my BMW. Gary is extremely knowledgeable. He and the team do a great job for a fair price. His bedside manner could improve, but he's really a nice guy when all is said and done. Anyway, that's not why I'm going to a service center.
