    I have been using Mullaney Tire and Car Care for several years and have nothing but the highest opinion of them. My first encounter with Joe and company was when I was having a problem with my 2010 5-series BMW. The dealer quoted $6,000 to fix it, Joe fixed it for less than 1/3 the price. After that they have been the only shop I would take either of my BMWs to. I have had tires replaced, tune-ups and general check-ups done and every time I am totally impressed by Joe's knowledge and willingness to explain things. Joe has also provided excellent references to other service providers for services they don't perform, for me this was the replacement of a plastic rear window in an M3 convertible.

    Joe Sr. is also great! Several times he has given me a ride home went I couldn't wait for my car. Joe Sr. is a great guy to talk with.

    Lastly, I am currently relocating to Memphis, and Joe has been very helpful in helping me find other service providers there. Hopefully they will be as helpful as Joe has been, and based on my experiences with Joe, I am sure they will be.

    Top class service from a highly knowledgeable and professional repair facility. I contacted Joe from Mullaney's regarding technical and mechanical problems with my BMW; I had previously phoned around several repair facilities before dealing with Joe. His interest in my case along with a knowledgeable and assertive attitude impressed me from the start and I decided to go with his service. I was glad I did. Joe and Craig kept me informed during every process in repairing the car and all was explained accordingly. Overall the customer service and perfectionism was impeccable and the issues with the car were sorted and repaired. I have every faith in their service and can't recommend them enough and will be back to them for any maintenance or advice needed in the future.

    Integrity, customer focused and extremely competent is how I would describe this second generation tire and car care center. I have been going to Mullaney's for 2 years now getting both my BMW and Ford Explorer serviced there.

    Mullaney's is not just a car and service center it is a fully fledged mechanics. I started off bringing my Ford there after the dealership prices were getting too expensive (on parts that never seemed to be covered on the manufacturer warranty) but I was always concerned about whether an independent car center would be able to provide good workmanship when compared with a dealership.

    After a few visits with the explorer for more detailed works I realized how good they were and brought my BMW in for some needed repairs. I compared the pricing between Mullaney's and BMW and found that Mullaney's usually came in around 50% less (give or take 10% depending on the jobs and parts needed). They are also a BMW certified shop and parts are genuine BMW sourced from a local BMW dealer.

    The 50% cost difference is about the same when compared to Ford (parts also sourced from local Ford dealership). Mullaney's also identified components on my Ford that should have been changed within my warranty coverage or service plan but the work just wasn't carried out.

    It took me around 2 years to put Mullaney's through its paces first giving them minor work and then stepping up to more complex tasks and comparing pricing with my dealerships. In June of this year I let my warranty on the Explorer lapse for the first time ever instead opting to defer to Mullaney's. I never really got my moneys worth on the Ford Warranty because so many things just weren't covered.

    The warranty on my BMW ends this December and I will be deferring all works to Mullaney's since I know now that I can trust their workmanship and the fact that they'll provide genuine parts and won't rip me off.

    There are not many things harder than finding a good honest car center but I couldn't be happier with these people hence the shining review!

    Joe and his crew consistently offer high quality service. I own a 2007 335xi with high miles. These guys have all the necessary BMW diagnostic tools in order to properly diagnose and fix any problem that I have brought them. If you have a BMW and need anything from regular maintenance to turbo replacement and major engine repair, do not go to the BMW service center. Got to Mullaney's. The work will be done faster and for significantly less money than a BMW service center. These guys love a challenge and they actually want your business. The owner regularly attends continuing education seminars in order to best service all new technologies found in today's cars. They have a fully trained BMW service tech on staff as well. I love my car and these folks are the only ones I trust with it.

    Joe has been taking care of my 335i since I purchased it at the end of 2011, as well as my Accord, for several years before that. He tells it like it is and I wish the world was as honest as him. It will be hard to find an honest and capable mechanic like him when I move out of state. If you are looking for a fancy shop like in the stealerships, this isn't the place for you. If you care for getting the job done right, go right in!

    I and my wife went this place to have broken windshield wipers fixed. We called them up in the morning and the problem was fixed on the same day. They were efficient and we loved their attitude no job was small.

    The most important thing when it comes to servicing your vehicle is trust and reliability. The staff here is very honest with you and they take the time to explain the problem. Great prices on tires and repairs, they service all of our family vehicles. Trust Mullaney you won't regret it.

    Joe and his crew always deliver high quality service at reasonable prices. I love my car and I trust them with everything from regular maintenance to engine work. These guys are the best. They have all the BMW diagnostic tools and a BMW service tech employee. Don't pay dealer service rates. Go to Mullaney Tire & Car Care Center and say hi to Joe for me. You will be happy you did.

    These guys are great. They were very easy to deal with and not stuffy or pushy like my local dealer. No pressure and the job was done right with OEM parts and very fair labor. They also repaired an issue I had been bringing my car to the dealer for to no avail. Not just good with my car, but overall good to deal with. Highly recommend Mullaney Tire & Car Care Center.
