I won't bring my M3 anywhere else (or my future P car for that matter) for repairs, maintenance or mods. Notably, George patiently helped troubleshoot some ongoing problems, including a phantom suspension noise that I couldn't replicate at the shop. He didn't look at me like I was a hypochondriac. Another time, George advocated successfully when handling an insurance adjuster after my car was hit.
I was complaining about a grinding noise when I was driving my 2011 Nissan Maxima. M-Chanics performed a diagnostic and found the front wheel bearing failure. As a courtesy they gave me a full recommendation as to what my car needed to perform 100% capacity. Services are recommended by appointments. My car was serviced in a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend this business.

After calling around a few shops in the NYC area I ended up at M-chanics with my 95 911. George was very helpful and fair with estimating all my repair. They installed a few suspension component's I had ordered and done a slightly more agressive wheel alignment. I also had a problem with my AC and oil cooler fans not working which they fixed. I am extremely happy with how the car drives and handles now. Would highly recommend the shop and will be going there for any future service. Thanks guys!
