Recently I was on a search for a good place where to take my BMW X5 other than the dealer. I was so happy to find the perfect place! He is completely passionate about these cars and that make me feel so confident to trust him my car. He did a wonderful job replacing the valve cover gasket, engine mount, fuel filter, engine air filter, cabin filters, diesel fuel filter and performed a carbon cleaning service on my 2013 BMW X5 Diesel. They also replaced a module to repair my bluetooth phone feature.
Luke went above and beyond to help me with the car issues, he did an excellent job. I highly recommend him for all your BMW's repairs.
Bimmer Logic is a great BMW shop! Luke used to be with German Motor Werks and he used to work on my old M3 and M6. He recently opened his own shop. He's great to deal with, a true craftsman and certified BMW service technician, and he has great attention to detail. I recently bought a 2013 M3 and he has helped me get it into tip top shape! I owe a huge thank you to the guys at Bimmer Logic. They were absolutely amazing. I called and explained my situation and they had me bring my car the same day for a diagnostic scan and started on the repairs the next day. They made sure to explain what they were doing and gave a price beforehand. They kept me updated everyday, and got the car running as smooth as when i got it in only a few days. She drives like a dream now and has no issues whatsoever. If anything happens in the future, this is the place i would trust with my car 100%. Would recommend to anyone who asks for BMW repair. I could not be more happier with the service & work ethic from these dudes! First time I called they sat and listened to my issues & understood what was going on while I explained what i had done but still I couldn’t resolve the issues on my bimmer, towed the car to them and in a matter of a couple days they had a diagnostic and a price for me & the following day my car was fixed! I highly recommend these guys at bimmer logic very knowledgeable and understanding. I will be coming back with any future maintenance for my bimmer, Thanks Dan!
When my car got totaled Bimmer Logic was a huge help. They responded quickly and often - speaking to both me and my insurance about the damages. When it looked like my car might have to sit at the shop longer than expected until it could get towed away, they were accommodating and allowed for my car to sit there. Really appreciate all the help, especially from Dan. Would recommend this shop to anyone.
I arrived from out of town and had a problem with my MINI. Dan was able to look at my car, fix it, and get me back on the road. He was very professional and pleasant. If I lived in Asheville I would certainly take my car to Bimmer Logic!
