I was blantly misquoted the costs of a brake job. Turned out to be almost twice the normal costs. After paying had issuse and had to take the car back. Would exercise great care before taking car there.
Sorry you had a bad experience. We strive to give accurate estimates over the phone but unless we see the car first we really don't know what it needs to complete repairs correctly.
There is no other place I would bring my BMW to get work done but Carmine's Import Service. Carmine and his crew are as knowledgeable as there is in the business and they always exceed my expectations. Carmine's Import Service brought my old BMW back to life after I left it for dead for a couple of years. Carmine is a magician with BMWs. They are reasonably priced and will let you know when a project is a priority and when a project can wait for your vehicle. I won't let anyone else work on my BMW. Not even the dealer.
