    Highly recommended. I had tailgate issues - erratic operation, low fluid in hydraulic pump etc. Carmine‘s replenished the fluid then identified broken wires at the hinge area. They dropped the headliner and installed a new wiring harness. Tailgate works like new now. Very professional, kept me well informed throughout the process. Very impressed with their diagnostic and repair work on a complex problem. I was a first time customer but I am now a loyal customer.

    I was blantly misquoted the costs of a brake job. Turned out to be almost twice the normal costs. After paying had issuse and had to take the car back. Would exercise great care before taking car there.

    Sorry you had a bad experience. We strive to give accurate estimates over the phone but unless we see the car first we really don't know what it needs to complete repairs correctly.

    There is no other place I would bring my BMW to get work done but Carmine's Import Service. Carmine and his crew are as knowledgeable as there is in the business and they always exceed my expectations. Carmine is a "car guy" just like the rest of us so he really knows how people can come to cherish their vehicles. This shows in the quality of work and the way I am treated and spoken to every time I go there. I feel lucky to have found an honest mechanic who isn't looking to put a hole in my wallet every time I go in there.

    Carmine's Import Service brought my old BMW back to life after I left it for dead for a couple of years. Carmine is a magician with BMWs. They are reasonably priced and will let you know when a project is a priority and when a project can wait for your vehicle. I won't let anyone else work on my BMW. Not even the dealer.

    Carmine and his team have been servicing my track car (88 325is) for almost three years. They are always very professional and do a great job. They are track guys themselves and are very comfortable working on track cars with extensive modification as well as pure stock daily drivers. Straight talk and reasonable prices, no smoke and mirrors baloney. Easy to find, easy to work with.
