Fair, honest and only fixes what is needed. Tom tells you of upcoming repairs and helps you schedule in the future. Not everything has to be done right now. Need a part; they will find it for you or give you the source. Real nice folks in addition to running a business. Have known them since the Guilford College Road days. CARR Industries is the best place to take your BMW/Porsche/etc in Greensboro, NC. Have been to 'the others' and these guys are hands down the best. Other places don't seem to care about your car unless its a post 2000 or a total restoration. These are all guys who care. I have an E23 and E32 and its the only place I'll ever take mine after the first visit. Can't say enough good things about them!
