I had the rod bearings and motor mounts replaced on my M3. My experience with North Raleigh Performance was amazing. Everyone who works here is a true enthusiast and that really helps with the energy you feel at this shop. They were very welcoming from the moment I first showed up and it was easy to get to know each of them. I’m impressed with how quickly they started working on my car and finished the same day and ahead of schedule. That’s rare to see these days. They were great with communication and were very flexible with all my requests. I had them replace a blower motor and install a new leather dash and they did a flawless job with no drama. My first time getting a service done here. I was recommended by many people when looking for a BMW specialist. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and nice. I felt comfortable with their pricing and it’s nice knowing I can trust their work on my e92 m3. I will be coming back to get my rod bearings and actuators replaced.
These guys are great! Max & Cole helped out a ton when it came to giving me options on what they’d recommend. Had NRP do the front grille, drl’s, and spacers. Will be back to have them do the lowering springs eventually. Would recommend them for any BMW needs!
Did some research to find a place to work on my 2022 BMW. NPR had excellent reviews so I made an appointment and drove 2 hrs to their location. I was not disappointed !!, they did a great job and I recommend them for your BMW needs.
