Arthur is an exceptionally honest person with an extensive up to date knowledge of the European models.

I first meet Arthur a couple of years ago when I had a major issue with my X5. He was quick to assess the cause of my car sorrows resolving it in minimal time at a fraction of the price I had been quoted at another shop. Since then I have solely relied on Arthur for all my X5 regular maintenance and normal wear repairs. He has proven to be consistently considerate in his pricing and reliable in the work he completes which has kept my 2006 running smoothly and free of issues to this date.

Arthur is an outstanding mechanic and an extraordinary person that truly cares in providing outstanding service at a reasonable cost!

Yes, he deserves to be called “Sir Arthur!” Not only is he a master mechanic but he is also an honest, fair and all around pleasure to deal with. He explains every little detail when it comes to your repair and there are never any surprises. Our 2002 Bimmer is still going strongly thanks to Arthur. He knows his business like no other and we can’t recommend Trinity Auto Repair highly enough.

I highly recommend Arthur and his crew at Independence Automotive of Pineville. Went to dealer first, the prices were through the roof. Took it to Arthur and turns out half the dealers estimate was unnecessary. That's what honest service should be like. Will return for sure!

I found Arthur out of luck desperation. Was stuck on the highway on Saturday evening, called the shop, and had no hopes they would still be open. Arthur waited for my car to be taken in patiently, found the no start issue on my diesel X5. Worked on the car on Sunday to finish it!!! I can not thank enough Arthur for his hard work and commitment! Customer for life at Independence Automotive of Pineville as long as I live in Charlotte!

What an amazing experience! Independence Automotive did a great job.

I cannot recommend Independence Automotive highly enough. They are my new go-to repair shop. Great communication and availability. They told me exactly what was needed and the cost before they did any work.

I would definitely recommend Independence Automotive to anyone who's looking for a good honest repair shop.
