My 328xi experienced the “shift valve failure.” Ricky not only knew about the issue (car won’t shift into drive or reverse) but knew exactly what it cost to fix it. The car was in Cincy and all the shops down there wanted to take a look at it before diagnosis. I had the car towed to Foreign Exchange and received a call the day before it was supposed to get fixed. It was already done at the quote promised. Amazing.

This was my daughter's BMW that needed repair while she was visiting us. The windshield wipers quit working. The diagnostic fee was $109 and determined that the wiper relays were defective. Parts and labor to repair that were about $130. Parts took 2 days to arrive and the car was in and out the day they arrived. I thought that this was a reasonable charge for accurate troubleshooting and correction of a the problem. (I've done electrical work on my own cars and it can be very frustrating at times.) Foreign Exchange is an honest and competent repair shop, in my opinion, and they will be who I return to if my daughter's Beemer ever needs any repairs again.

Ricky was super. I was given an honest evaluation & told up front what the problems were, cost of parts & total cost of repairs. I also was given a ride home & picked up when the service was completed. Total miles of that was 40 miles roundtrip! There were "no gotchas, like you need this or you better do that." I will continue to have Foreign Exchange do all need that maintenance & repair work in the future. If you have any concerns about your maintenance or repairs look no further!

I bought my BMW from Foreign Exchange about 2 years ago and been having it serviced there since. I have been very satisfied with the work they have done including my E break, ball bearings, and suspension work. They give dealer quality work with fair pricing and honest evaluations, I will never take my BMW anywhere else!

Foreign Exchange has maintained my BMW since it came off warranty. They have done all scheduled maintenance and repairs. Since this is my primary car, reliability is important and they have suggested preventative maintenance as needed to keep it in top condition. Although this car is 13 years old and has 238,000 miles, it runs like new, and has been very reliable, something that would not have been possible without the attention and care it has received at Foreign Exchange.

Their personal attention, fair prices, and top quality work will keep me coming back for many years to come.

Foreign Exchange was awesome! I had a break down and I was from out of town. They got me in and out an back on the road quickly. They explained the repairs and showed me some things about BMW maintenance. As a new BMW owner it was nice to meet some stand up people that wanted to EARN my business. If I lived in Dayton, OH this would definitely be my mechanic.
