  • Matt

    Founder

    Matt, Founder of Crowne Automotive, began working as a factory trained Jaguar Technician in 1990. Since then, his passion led him to follow the franchise as it was sold to different dealerships in the Central PA area until he ultimately opened his own shop in 2022. Matt is the only Jaguar Certified Master Technician in the area with the years of experience to back it up. In addition, Matt has every ASE certification, continually expanding his knowledge base of vehicles as technology changes.

    Mercedes-Benz Master Technician

    Tyler joined out team in December 2023 bringing his expertise as a Mercedes-Benz Master Technician along with extensive experience with Audi, BMW, Volvo and Porsche.

    So far so good. Great and friendly customer service with the young lady at the front desk. I love that they have courtesy vehicles to borrow for the day. They gave me a older BMX 3, which was totally fine for same day service. They are close to my house. Thanks again, i hope to do business with them in the future.

    TRUSTWORTHY!!! I’ve noticed mechanics who are basically just robbing you of your money. Claiming this or that is the issue with the vehicle and after paying them to fix it, either the issue is still there or they find another so-called problem that needs repair. With this company they pinpointed the problem immediately and corrected it. I drive the car without worry and feel safe driving. When I was told that the owner of the company test drove the car after the repairs, it let me know how serious this company is about what they put their hands on. I would like to thank the entire team at Crowne Automotive for the exceptional job with my vehicle and their customer service.

    Most Amazing Shop I've ever been to. Wonderful Team! Very Honest and Understanding. They always try there best to get look for the best price. They make pick up and drop offs easy. Completely trust them with my Range Rover from easy jobs to big time consuming ones. They are very communicative about everything going on with your vehicle. Recommend 1,000 percent!! 100 Stars!!
