I received such excellent and professional care from this business-would highly recommend! Very professional and friendly environment. I switched back to IMG after bringing my cars to Inskip Mercedes/BMW/Porsche because I bought them there. Jeremy and Brennon are always personable and the work done professionally. When I picked up my car today, I tried to negotiate a discount since Lenny and I were neighbors way back when. Lenny should be proud that they turned me down with a smile. ;-)

The IMG was a life-saver! My serpentine belt shredded on I-95 and I had my car lifted to the International Motor Group based on high recommendations. They did not disappoint. They got me back on the road in 1 day whilst rebuilding tensioner pulleys and everything else the shreds of the belt took out. This is a highly professional organization - Great work, fair prices and they've earned my trust.

Pretty upset, drove an hour to drop off car at a specialists shop to diag specifically a CEL for the DEF system. Only to be charged an hour of diag time of $200 to be told I have a leaking valve cover. No one told me anything relevant to the initial diag, the service advisor had no idea what I was talking about, the service foreman could not even recognize the parts he was looking at had already been changed. No tests were done, no results to show me, just a bunch of stuff I already explained when I made the appointment. It took, 45 seconds to remove the DeF Valve, then you spent the rest of your hour that you charged me probably looking for stuff to try and upsell me. This is ridiculous.

Since I had been recovering from a broken hip, I couldn’t drive my BMW for a few years. To pass inspection, I knew it would need some work. I’ve been to the shop a few times in recent months!

Carl and Mike took the time to explain the necessary work to make it ready to pass. I’m very satisfied with the thoroughness of the work.

I’m really happy with the professional and kind service at International Motors! I’ll have to thank Uncle Bert for his honest and accurate recommendation! I think it’s the start of a beautiful relationship!

No one likes spending money on unexpected repairs, but IMG makes me feel more comfortable every time I drop my car off. My wife and I have been getting our cars serviced here for years because we trust these guys and they treat us right. Mike and Carl are straightforward and honest. We’ll keep coming back.

Outstanding in every way. Local BMW Dealership said O2 sensor couldn't be replaced and a new catalytic converter was required. Bobby Judge says not so fast. O2 sensor is a replaceable. Needless to say he saved me a ton of money. He is easy to work with and a real gentleman.

Brought it in for emissions sticker at 8am. Picked it up at 1:30, left with no sticker as printer was broken. Have to make another trip once printer is repaired. Disappointing.

I brought my vehicle in for service because of a check engine light and a specific problem I noticed going on with the car. I was told my turbo was damaged and radiator was leaking and both needed to be replaced, I was told both would be covered under warranty. Upon picking up my car 3 weeks later they told me there was some “spill over” and I had to pay over $700 which I was not told about anytime before, even after asking what the cost was going to be multiple times and being told it was all covered under warranty. The problem I was having with the car was not fixed and the radiator was not replaced. I asked why the radiator was not replaced and was told “oh I meant to call you about that, warranty wouldn’t cover it”. I still have a leaking radiator and my car isn’t fixed.

I went to International upon recommendation of my local regular repairman who was booked so heavily, I wouldn't be able to get in in a reasonable time. International was able to accommodate me in fairly short order.

My problem was a corroded lock cylinder. I'd put the key in, and it wouldn't turn, or it wouldn't come out. Not a DIY'er. They had to order a breathtakingly expensive part from BMW, but no surprises there.

I was able to bring the car in in short order, and it was delivered exactly when promised. Peter, the fellow I dealt with was polite and very BMW savvy. When Gunther (the car's name) was delivered to me, he was nicely cleaned up. When he was on the lift, Peter identified some body issues that I knew about, but I appreciated that he picked them up and informed me. So Gunther is back home, and I will get a second mortgage on my house so I can take care of his body rust. Thank you, New England roads in winter.
