Testimonials

  • I highly recommend for all your German car needs. We’ve used German Autowerks for the last ten years on our BMW and Mercedes Benz. Pricing is always fair and honest with quality work. The owner always takes his time and answers any questions I may have and has never tried to upsell services like the dealership.

Incredible customer service and care. Yesterday morning my car suddenly broke down (overheated) along highway 26. I was driving with my 6-month old baby back to Charleston, and was totally unprepared to be stranded in this situation. In a panic I called German AutoWerks after searching online, and they said they could take me right away. I was completely unprepared and had to scramble to get extra baby supplies knowing it might take some time. The staff could not have been more courteous and kind. Understanding my situation they made my repair priority number one within their busy schedule, and were very patient and sweet to my noisy infant while we took shelter in their waiting room from 11am to 6:30pm. The mechanic discovered the problem with my car, got in the part, and worked diligently so I could drive my daughter safely back home to Charleston by the evening. They did a great job and kept me informed the entire time. They truly "cared" about me and my little girl, and I could not be more grateful for their generosity and expediency to help us out in a real time of need. I give them a full five stars, and would certainly recommend to anyone!!
