I have used Dr. Bimmer over the last 3 years for various things for my ‘04 Z4 BMW. Each time I have come away with a fully repaired car, an understanding of what they did and how to better maintain my car and a detailed invoice. I truly feel that Mustafa and his entire team are honest and fair and really seem to want to not only gain your business but retain your business. He is exceptionally personable as well as the staff behind the desk. I recommend them highly and if needed will go back to them again. The building itself is always spotlessly clean. They provide snacks for you if you were waiting on your car. They will provide pick up or drop off service also. I know they are actively trying to hire even more personnel in case anyone wants a good decent place to work!
Dr. Bimmer has transcended beyond what you should typically expect from a service center. First of all, I didn’t even get my foot in the door all the way and like 3 or 4 people all smiling, all energetic, all welcoming me in spoke and made me feel like I was the President. 2nd I turned and look at the waiting area, the lounge, and a general snack area, and it is by far the best service waiting area I have ever been to that was not a major dealer. The furniture, the decorations, and taste was perfect for a high vehicle repair facility. It made me instantly feel like I had come to the right place to service my $100,000 BMW. Then they had service pay plans, they had up to date digital payment options and communication links which streamlined the entire process from start to finish. My care was taken to the back within 5 minutes of arrival. I did an engine oil change and with that they did a basic inspection of my trans fluid, tires, recommended I change my brake fluid. (Which I also did) all together I was there about 2 hours which I thought was reasonable considering the extra time they put in checking other systems of my car at no additional fee. The icing on the cake, as I was checking out I was invited to the service bay for a short tour… WOW!
I would see the big billboard w/ Dr. Bimmer on it...I referred someone to them before I actually used their service. Needless to say my experience w/ Dr. Bimmer was great. Patricia kept me informed and very knowledgeable of what was going on with my vehicle. The customer service/service repairs were amazing. I will definitely take my vehicle back for service. This is a world class operation! Needed maintenance on my Rolls and with no R/R dealership local, this was my only option other than transporting to Nashville, Atlanta or St. Louis. I'm always leery about where I leave my vehicles. When I dropped off, I was given a tour of this spacious facility. It was so well-maintained, you could literally eat off of the floor. I was assured my automobile would not be parked outside at any time. The entire staff was so pleasant, professional and helpful on my initial visit as well as every time I would call to follow up. They absolutely went above and beyond the actions of serving the customer. I was even introduced to the owner (Mustafa), this guy is a class act. My service advisor Patricia communicated with me every step of the way. Zach the maintenance tech that worked on my vehicle was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. All of the local mechanics at high-end dealerships in the area are intimidated by these vehicles. Not these guys, they are well versed and meticulously trained on these unique automobiles. I am so grateful for the customer service and the quality of work I received from this top-notch establishment. I highly-recommend this business for any maintenance on Rolls-Royce, period. I have a 16 year old MINI that luckily hasn't been needing much service work for for the past ten years that I've owned it (I finally clocked 70K miles on it last weekend.) I have kept up with the oil changes, tires, etc. but that's all it really needed. Granted I've been going to a shop on Summer Ave for years but they don't service BMW's anymore. So I'm very happy this place is way closer to home! Bilbo Baggins (the MINI) went in for an oil change earlier this spring and boy did he need some work! The staff (let me rephrase that...the AWESOME front staff & technicians!) was very kind and kept me informed when they had to keep him for awhile due to a part that was hard to find. He has been in twice after that due to other issues that showed their ugly heads due to updating some newer parts. Trust me when I say that I know, that's what you get when you keep an older car! I even drove him out of town (total 800+ miles) with no issues...YAY! I plan on keeping this car for a long while and I really appreciate this local repair gem for my MINI Hobbit! I will be a returning customer, for sure!

Last week, I scheduled an appointment with Dr Bimmer to determine cause for warning light and to undergo a minor repair. It is a new shop, and I thought I would give it a try,
The customer service was exceptional. The professional, friendly, and technically knowledgeable customer service was matched by the initial diagnostic support, and subsequent high quality service repairs conducted.
They reviewed the issues discovered by in the diagnostic tests, and honestly appraised which services needed to be prioritized, and which were simply "need to know." They then showed me what they had found in the diagnostic.
The facilities were exceptionally clean and customer friendly. The pricing for services performed were very competitively priced.
They specialize -only- in BMW auto repair, and their technicians really know their stuff. (About the only thing they do not deal with are tires.)
I highly recommend Dr Bimmer for any needed BMW service, and will certainly be back for additional repair services when needed.
Excellent service. The staff was very knowledgeable. I have been taking my car here for years. The cost for repair is always cheaper thank everywhere but with better service.
