I bought a part from the guy next door for my BMW 750LI and he told me that he had a guy who could install it for me, so I went to the place and he introduced me to a young guy named Jose. At first I was like ain't nobody this young touching my 7 series, but in less than 5 min the guy impressed me. That young guy Jose may look young, but he knows his stuff. I had a bunch of caution lights on my dashboard and he was able to figure out what the problem was after the dealer gave me the run around. Now, he is the designated guy for my two 7-series, I am very picky.

Jose and his team provided superior customer service on my 2015 F30 (328i). The dealership wanted hundreds more to do the same job. They were able to show my old parts & exactly what work was done, and even showed me recommendations of other repairs to consider in the future. Saved me an expensive repair! Have a 7 series and was hard to find anyone that would touch my transmission. One transmission shop only wanted to replace it. Bimmer Repair gave me options with the up and downside to each. My 7 series runs smoothly and was only down for a few days because they, of course, needed to order the parts. If you have a BMW, I suggest going here first!

Bimmer Repair was very honest and transparent about everything. Jose, though he looks young, impressed me with his knowledge and up front nature. He was patient, taking the time to slowly explain the problems and also informed me on things not necessary. They use genuine OEM BMW parts only and give a three year warranty on their work. It was significantly less than the dealership. The dealership may have the fancy waiting rooms and smooth taking agents but having worked at the same BMW dealerships, Jose knew which services I really needed and which services were dealership padding. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't need the snob factor but still demand quality work.

Took my 328i to Bimmer Repair last week and I couldn't be more happy with the service. About 2 months ago I got my starter replaced by a mobile mechanic that actually ended up screwing up more things in my car. More service lights eventually started to come on etc. Jose went in and found all the issues. There were air leaks and missing screws I had no clue about. He was fair, and honest. There was even a car part he quoted me for that he thought I'd need up front, but called me back saying I actually don't need it. Any other mechanic would have probably went ahead and made me pay for it. I'm 1000% happy with the service and quality of work Bimmer Repair did. My car is running great. HIGHLY recommended. Thanks Bimmer Repair!

Great mechanic, knows his stuff and very helpful! He brought my car back to life after I was practically sold a lemon with a blown head. I took it to Bimmer Repair. He was very honest and helped me restore this car to working condition. Now I am able to commute to work and home. Other people had told me to get rid of the car but this guy did the job!

Excellent service and Bimmer Repair is close to the airport. I went out of town for a few days and when I returned, everything was done on time and less than I thought it would cost.
