I discovered J&T Automotive after my friend had his Ferrari inspected there and recommended J&T. He told me how good they were. So I took my Ferrari there for inspection. And now I take my other cars & truck there for any service needed. What made them special to me is how they treated my wife when her car needed service. They are fast, reliable, skilled and fair. The entire team is outstanding. They work hard to make sure you are happy and they follow up after you leave to verify all is working as it should. I was impressed how they would accommodate our schedules. Their pricing is fair, the expertise is outstanding, the facility is clean and the guys are honest and work as a team. I would give them six stars if I could. They are that good.

I cannot thank J&T Auto enough for their help this afternoon with a serious issue with a popped tire and stripped lug nuts. Bryan at the shop and Kannon who drove over to help were fantastic. It was incredibly hot out when me and my 8-year-old grandson were left stranded in a hot parking lot. They have worked on my car before, and I took a risk to reach out to them when I had exhausted all options. In this day and age, old school customer service is hard to find. I strongly recommend this local Spring Branch company. I work in Spring Branch ISD and live in the Cypress area but would drive the extra miles from Cypress to this shop on Westview to support a company with such a strong moral compass.

I moved to Houston 7/1/2024. Needing an auto repair shop, I instinctively chose J&T Automotive. My car had a damaged gas tank cover. NICO, the advisor, took the incentive himself of cementing the cover where it had previously been attached, saving me money by not suggesting I needed a new cover, when all that was needed was an improvisation on how to re-attach the cover. Nico did not charge me for this work. I considered what Nico did a show of his integrity in helping a customer not incur any unnecessary expense if there could be a resolution without an extra part expense. I considered myself, an 88-year-old woman, in good hands, feeling I would not be taken advantage of. My car needed two additional repairs which were done in a timely manner and most professionally. I did not have to make a return visit with my car. J&T Automotive has reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend J&T to anyone who wants honest, professional car repairs at reasonable prices. My family has been coming to this auto shop since I was 16 (about a decade). We have always had the best interactions with their team and trust them for the work they do and the cost of the services. They are great at communicating with us about everything they need to do and the cost of each thing. They have always been as fast as they can be and keep you up to date on vehicles progress. My cars AC went out recently and I was leaving for vacation and then was starting a new job three days before I decided to bring my car here. My parents who no longer live in Houston were persistent that we used this shop because they knew we could trust them. I am so glad I listened to them and brought my car here. They had my AC fixed in a day and made sure to keep me informed about what was wrong and how long it would take to fix. It’s always easy to drop off and pick up here and since I last visited they have made some upgrades to the lobby. It looks great! I never want my car to have problems but if they do happen again I will be returning! I will be a customer for as long as I’m in Houston (probably a very long time)!

They Always take good care of my vehicle. I like the pictures they send me and also how they explain everything that needs to be done (now) and will need to be done in the future. They also can drive you back home, if you live near by so you can leave your car at the shop. The one thing I wish they did was rinse/quick exterior clean the car before giving it back. Great service for reasonable price!

J&T Automotive are the best. Other shops (including dealerships) would have replaced the turbos - they found the simple fix and saved me thousands. Other shops would have replaced the angel eyes for thousands - they found the simple grounding issue and fixed it. Seriously.
