Our shop foreman Tyler started his career over 20 years ago by going through the BMW’s factory training. He then spent the majority of his career working for the only BMW dealer in Utah. Several years ago he left the BMW dealer to go work with his mentor at a European specialist independent repair shop where he was able to broaden his knowledge on all BMW repairs as well as most other European based makes. We were lucky enough to add Tyler to our team of technicians back in 2016. We were already known in our area for our expertise on all BMW makes, but the addition of Tyler has brought us to the highest level. We still participate in BMW factory training as well as independent classes. We have the latest BMW specific diagnostic and repair equipment needed. We truly are your BMW dealer alternative. Absolutely love these guys! I specifically worked with Ryan and he was fantastic. We’ve taken our truck here twice for servicing and I would go back every time if we could!! We travel full time in a fifth wheel and it’s a work vehicle so our truck is our lifeline. For reference it is a very heavy truck, 2002 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually with a 1400lb welder in the back that a lot of shops wouldn’t even take because of the weight. First, we had the truck fully inspected. They didn’t miss a beat, pictures of EVERY little (and big) thing wrong, then Ryan suggested the order that they would maintenance our truck as if it were their own. I never felt pressured or hoaxed into doing a repair that wasn’t 100% needed. We move very frequently so the 24,000 mile warranty is awesome in the off chance something happens with the same parts while we are on the road. Since the truck was our only vehicle We needed the shuttle service a few times to go back a forth from the shop. It was super convenient, quick, and everyone was so kind. I don’t know what we would have done if it weren’t for the perks and customer service from this company. They truly take care of you and your vehicles and I’d 100% recommend them!

I found their service and follow through with the in surface company to be excellent. The repairs were complete and well done with meticulously detail ro repair everything as needed despite push back from the insurance company. They explained and described and photographed all the damages and overcame objections. I would recommend them to anyone. Ryan was very helpful to me and the insurance company.

Its been about a year and a half sense I took my 93 Volvo over there. Like I said it's been a year and I can these guys are the best mechanics I've been to. For starters they're customer service is amazing. Keep you up to date, amazing people, very helpfull, and i believe they have free coffee and chips. Not %100 sure on that last one, but if i remember they do. Prior to coming here I'd went to another shop and after 3 or 4 days they called me saying they couldn't fix it. So I admittedly had expected that ShadeTree would tell me the same thing. Not only did they find the issue in only a day but they've also found other issues in my car, which was helpful and good to know. After if I remember, 5 or 7 days they've fixed my car and have done other tiny fixes and tune ups I've asked them to do. The whole thing cost only about $2,500. Which is a fair price seeing as they had to work on a hand full of things on my car. After they finished and I got my car back, not only did it work but they also gave me a cookie. They've also mailed me brownies as thank you for going to em. After about a year sense going there my 93 volvo still runs like butter. Thank you shadetree, you guys really are experts at your craft.

I took my truck to Shadetree for changing from a two piece oil pan to a single piece. They did a complete vehicle "health report" and found a oil leak in the timing chain cover and explained the hours and depth to repair the leak that it would be beneficial to do timing components replacement. When I received my truck back it had a small oil leak still. A quick conversation Chad and Tom expressed that they would take care of me. The customer service Shadetree provided proved they are a business of integrity. I appreciate all they did for me.

Shadetree Automotive has been my go to BMW specialist for many years. They can handle anything from performance oil changes and tire replacements to difficult diag and engine and turbo repairs. I highly recommend.
